Absolutely incredible! Paolo & Suzanne served one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The poutine was phenomenal… crispy fries, rich gravy, & plenty of perfectly melted cheese curds. Every bite was comfort food perfection.
The cheeseburger was just as impressive: juicy, flavorful, cooked perfectly, & loaded with fresh toppings. You can tell they don't cut corners on quality. Everything arrived hot, fresh, & exactly how great fast food should be.
On top of that, the service was exceptional…friendly, fast, & welcoming. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers both amazing food & great customer service, but Paolo & Suzanne absolutely nails it.
A true Montreal classic that lives up to the hype. If you're craving a great burger & poutine, look no further. I'll definitely be back for more!
Pire expérience de fast food vécue ! Premièrement le 7up en fontaine goute le moisi 👉 défaut de nettoyage …. La poutine super bonne la .. mais on a du attendre 45 minutes pour 2 poutines ,1 hot dog & 1 hamburger… il y avait une dizaine de personnes en attente comme moi ! Ya comme un petit problème d'organisation ! Jai jamais attendu aussi longtemps de ma vie dans une pataterie…. La madame a la fenetre dehors appelle les numéros de commande.. jetais le 12 & elle appelait le 20.. le 18 oups le 22 .. & la je lui demande pourquoi je suis le 12 & que je ne suis pas appelé encore depuis +de 30 mins & la elle ma complètement laisser sécher dehors en me fesant à croire que ma commande sen venait 😂 woow pire service ever … 45 minutes pour des frites hotdog burger 🤨 une chance que javais du fun avec les autres clients qui étaient coincé comme moi ! Meme au final ils se sont levés & on étés remboursés & ont laissé leur boissons dehors … ouin j'aurais fais pareil mais je mourrais de faim 😅 .. oui 1 étoile car le service rendu nous a pas permis d'avoir notre bouffe dans la paix d'esprit.. meme si le goût est bon car ailleurs c'est bon aussi… mais merci pour votre réponse cependant ce que vous dites que vous êtes un resto populaire & tout fait maison « yen a d'autres comme vous.. justement je suis une adepte de restaurants de poutine & autres friture & j'ai été dans d'autres restaurants aussi populaires que le vôtre & même plus & vous avez atteint le top en tant d'attente avant de recevoir ma commande & il avait une file de monde car rien ne sort de la cuisine pendant de très longues minutes….. & pour finir ça m'étonne que vous le nettoyer la machine de soda 2 fois semaine vous payer sûrement votre employé dans le vide… & pas juste le 7up passe dans le moisi toutes les autres saveurs c'est juste qu'on le goute moins… desolé mais c'est pas parce que ça fait 45 ans que le service est encore bon malheureusement!

This place has been my go-to spot every time I'm in town for years. The burgers are absolutely incredible, the poutines are always loaded & delicious, & their grilled cheese sandwiches hit the spot every single time. Been going there since the late 90's but It's actually tied to one of the biggest memories of my life; back in 2009, when my wife's water broke with our second son, we stopped here at midnight for a quick burger before rushing across the street to the hospital for the birth. That memory alone makes this place special to me, but the consistently amazing food is what keeps me coming back. I no longer live in Montreal but when I'm in town it's always a must. Reason it's not 5 stars is because it's a cash only restaurant. No debit & no credit which is super duper inconvenient & annoying. They do have an ATM but no one wants to put their debit card in a shady ATM machine nowadays. We're in 2026 guys! Get with the times.

but as for the food it is so greasy, normally i wouldn't comment but i ordered the 3D burger, didn't finish it all & my stomach hurt so bad, i don't recommend

Seriously wonderful poutine & classic grill food. Its on the priceier side but this is also due to the ginormous portions of delicious & savoury food they provide. The restaurant is also similarly small & cozy with good service. Great spot if you want to indulge in a bunch of poutine & burgers.
Been ordering here both in person & on uber eats for a long time. In the last while, I've been disappointed every time I order. First of all, very stingy with the ingredients. Every time I order a poutine, there is barely any cheese. I often go out of my way to PAY for extra cheese, & even then they hardly put anything. When paying 26$ for a poutine with extra cheese, I expect a lot of cheese. Potatoes & gravy are worth pennies, so if this place wants to cut corners by barely putting any cheese, they should at least lower the prices. In the last 5 orders I've placed, the bacon was forgotten in my burgers 3 times. This upset me every time. The last thing I want to mention is drinks & ubers. Why put cold drinks in the bag right on top of hot food? Every time I order, the cold drink is directly on top on the hot food, so by the time it's delivered to my door, the water bottle either makes my food get cold or becomes hot because of the food. I can't comprehend why they do this, what I do know is that it's ruined half of my orders. I'm not gonna act like I've never had good food here, there's a reason I re-order so frequently. I really do think there's a couple of things that need to be done better to ensure nothing but positive experiences for the customers. Hopefully this helps
