Delicious! Both hamburgers & fries were very tasty. Regarding ordering food, I found it very convenient as there are kiosks close to the entrance at which you place your order. Furthermore, the atmosphere is nice & the place is clean. The only downside, in my opinion, is that they don't sell any milkshakes. Despite that, I highly recommend it!

Very fresh, tasty burger. I came on a Saturday 2pm & it was pretty much full. So I would recommend avoiding rush hour if you want to dine in. You can also order online ahead to avoid line. One thing I do want to mention is that the burger is relatively small, & I am a small sized person, I was able to finished my burger & almost all the fries. If you have good appetite in general, consider getting yourself more patties or bigger sized burger. But overall a happy client indeed. -I might be wrong but I took out one patty out from my order but price seems remain the same. So don't do it.
First time going here after the CAS concert & was served with the sweetest employee, Rebecca. She recommended "truffle shrooms" & I really enjoyed it! Customer service 💯 Waiting time is the same as stated on screen: 10 minutes. Would definitely come back again 😁
Je suis assez contente de mon expérience dans cet établissement. La nourriture était bonne, le burger était goûteux. L'environnement est bon aussi, c'est assez efficace avec la commande aux bornes, toutefois je trouve les prix assez conséquents. Globalement j'ai eu une bonne expérience & je recommande.

As a retired World Chefs Society Chef who's had the opportunity to eat all over the world, , its easily, the best restaurant / delivery burger I've ever had. The charbrpiled taste is truly authentic. What a surprise best burger in Montreal, so delicious, the portion looks small in the beginning but is enough at the end, also we order one poutine & we share it & it was good. Highly recommend!!!
Nouveau restaurant de burgers proche de Concordia à essayer car ils sont très bons. J'avais rencontré un des proprios lors de ma premier visite, super sympathique, beaucoup de réflexion derrière le resto, ils ont tout pensé pour que ce soit rapide & efficace, en français ou en anglais. Commande toi-même dès l'arrivée sur des tableaux tactiles, aire d'attente juste en face de la cuisine, grande salle à manger avec des grandes tables partagées qui reste propre malgré l'achalandage. Approx 10 minutes d'attentes pour le burger qui est fait sur commande. Délicieux burger, j'ai pris le Crunch-A-Delic : tous les ingrédients sont maximisés & il ne manquait aucun ingrédient. Le pain est succulent & c'est effectivement leur viande qui rend le burger meilleur que la moyenne. Bonne sauce spéciale, j'ai bien aimé le "crunch" des pommes de terre frites dans le burger. Service froid & désintéressé d'une place de fast-food habituelle. On entend très mal notre commande car la fille à la passe ne parle jamais vers l'aire d'attente où la majorité des gens attendent (?!). Fortement recommandé. Aussi bon que KFC visité récemment. You enter & to the right are the self-order screens. Interface very easy to use & it shows you all the details of what's inside each burgers. The burgers aren't cheap, but they are delicious. The quality of the meat is top & the fries taste unique & very good. Great restaurant, simple menu, & clean bathrooms. Recommend going & would go back given the opportunity.
