Belles pâtisseries, endroit agréable bien qu'un peu'froid' (peu de couleurs, pas super confortable).
Vraiment bon mais vraiment cher : 10$ par pâtisserie 😅 Tout est vegan, certaines choses sont sans gluten mais il faut avoir le budget. Les boissons sont super bonnes.
Globalement, belle expérience mais ça serait le fun d'avoir des pâtisseries vegan sans payer 20$ à chaque fois...
Nous avons payé 20$ pour une pâtisserie + un latte & 13$ pour un cookie & un chocolat chaud.

La patisserie aux camerises est sublissime avec les textures. Petit bemol pour le financier qui goûte vraiment trop le bicarbonate à mon goût. Hâte des nouvelles découvertes!
J'ai connu le local précédent de Zebulon, définitivement une amélioration dans le but d'offrir des places assises pour déguster leurs délicieux desserts véganes ou leur superbes sandwiches (Véganes).
Offrent aussi café ( machine expresso) & thé ( en feuilles de Camellia sinensis).
GRANDE sélection sans gluten. Je suis absolument ravie. Tout est magnifique & goûteux.
We kwamen hier voor een dessert. Wat een heerlijk aanbod! We werden geholpen door een hele vriendelijke man die tot onze verrassing Nederlands was. Een aanrader!
I discovered Zébulon in 2022 on a quick trip to Montreal. Ever since it's been a necessary stop every time we're in Montreal. The quality of their sweets has not changed at all since ! My favorite are the salted chocolate cookies & hot chocolate 😋. I was happy to see their newer bigger store & they also started making bread & kindly offered us a loaf to taste! So yum!
Every time I visit, I try something new - & every time, I think'This is the best one yet!'
The problem (a delicious one!) is that everything is seriously amazing. The flavors, the quality, the presentation - everything feels crafted with care & love. One of my absolute favorite spots, & I'll keep coming back with joy! 💚🍰
Entremet chocolate cake (for 6 people) was a big disappointment.
Good: Interestingly not sweetened much (maybe even too little), & some interesting notes in flavor
Bad: Texture is not great, kind of crumbly, & way too much powder. Very expensive. Overall completely forgettable.

Une belle boulangerie pâtisserie sur St Denis, ambiance lumineuse & naturelle très agréable. De bons produits eux aussi naturels, & un accueil gentil & chaleureux, passionné. J'ai beaucoup aimé le croissant au cajou, & le financier à l'huile d'olive !
J'ai adoré les pâtisseries, tout était délicieux. Par contre je suis déçue voire insultée par le mauvais service.
J'étais la seule cliente dans la boutique & le monsieur derrière le comptoir n'a même pas pris la peine de répondre à mon Bonjour & m'a ensuite servi avec un air très bête. J'aurais aimé retourner, mais je vais privilégier les nombreux commerces du quartier qui offrent un accueil plus chaleureux.
How wonderful to have an all vegan patisserie, a rarity where I come from. Beautiful vegan pastries & kind worker who took the time to name each one for me. I really enjoyed the vegan tiramisu. The quality of the chocolate in the desserts is excellent. The only things that could be improved upon is the server touched all my pastries with bare hands; wearing no gloves, using no napkin or serving utensil. & the place is freezing! I like my bakeries warm & smelling of fresh baked breads & pastries.

Je suis allé chez Zébulon à deux reprises, & à chaque fois, l'expérience culinaire était au rendez-vous. Les cookies sont incroyablement bons : généreux, réconfortants, irrésistibles. Les pâtisseries, quant à elles, éveillent la curiosité - chacune semble raconter une histoire, & donne envie d'être découverte. J'ai goûté la tarte au yuzu ainsi que l'entremets chocolat, mangue & fruit de la passion. Un vrai plaisir. L'équilibre des saveurs est juste : entre la gourmandise du chocolat, l'acidité fruitée & la fraîcheur subtile, tout est maîtrisé avec finesse. C'est une adresse qui mérite l'attention, & surtout le retour.
Ordered a pastry box for my mother-in-law's birthday, I got this beautiful box of treats. The great part is that they tasted as good as they looked. I will definitely be ordering again!
Vous verrez le muffin aux noisettes à 5$ & vous demanderez s'il vaut la peine. J'ai été dans cette situation. C'EST LE MEILLEUR MUFFIN QUE JAI MANGÉ DE MA VIE. Je peux l'écrire ici puisque je sais que ma grand-mère, qui nous en a cuisinés de si bon, n'a pas l'internet & ne lira pas cet aveu.
