I heard a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to try the place & the pastries they sell. I bought 1 kg for baklava for 53 $ plus 15% for the service for a total amount of 61$. First of all, the service was bad, they gave me a ready-made box when I wanted to choose the type of baklava I wanted, pistachio, almond, nuts, etc.
The people serving were very unpleasant & look like they are forced to serve you. For sure, it was the first & last time I visit this place!!!

I came in for a coffee & some ice cream. The coffee was great-strong, just as I expected-& the ice cream was delicious. The staff are genuinely friendly, & the place itself is beautiful. I'll definitely be coming back to try their wide selection of pastries.

Wow, a one of a kind place in Montreal. Amazing variety for middle Eastern pastries. Super curtious & friendly service. Knowing everything is hand made, prices are very fair & representative of the quality. Plenty of parking spots. I will be back for sure !
In my opinion, the absolute best Middle Eastern style pastry shop in all of Montreal. The baklavas are delicious, the service is impeccable, & the decor is beautiful. I make an effort to always pass by & grab a box of fresh pastries when I'm in the area.
This is hands down the best Syrian pâtisserie in Montréal. I'm Syrian, but live in the States & I was blown away when I tried the different pastries. During my 6 days in Montréal, I visited Mahrouse 4 times. Both locations are amazing! Also, the service is top notch, & the decoration is so elegant & beautiful. ♥️

Interior was so incredibly beautiful. The taste of the pastries was so incredibly rich & delicious. The service staff were incredibly kind & efficient. My only regret is I didn't try the Ice cream
I drive two hours once a month from Ottawa to Montreal just to pick up Halawet Eljubn from this incredible pastry place. The journey is absolutely worth it every time. The Halawet Eljubn here is simply unparalleled. The balance of sweetness & the delicate texture make it a standout treat. The staff is always welcoming, & the quality is consistently top-notch.
