The most delicious cafe in Montreal!!
The quiche is my favourite. The staffs are very friendly & welcoming. The hot chocolate is very rich & you can never taste anything like it anywhere else in Montreal.
I loved everything.

Sitting here in a food coma after eating the bestest pistachio croissant I've ever had. Crispy on the outside & almost custardy on the inside with a perfect balance of saltiness & sweetness. Also ate the houjicha tart (which was also very good) & a deceptively simple egg sandwich which hit all the right notes with chives & onions adding texture. If I weren't a tourist I'd become a regula

Nice little pastry place. Very sweet workers. Warm ambiance, feels a bit in between. Cozy. Willing to go again & try their savoury food. The creme brulee hojicha was delightful & a beautiful texture. Cashiers was very sweet & helpful. The owner/pastry chef was also nice. He went for a smoke & wished me a great evening. I love the simple beauty of genuine human encounters this felt like it.
Ate a life changing beef sandwich here. I swear it's been a while since I've had a sandwich that good
Made it here 1 hour before closing. Glad we did. Fantastic! Service was great here. Pastry was amazing. Wifey & I got a raspberry danish which had clear jello glazed raspberries on a delightful pastry with pudding in the middle & sugar around the base. It was the perfect balance of sweetness & sour raspberry flavor. We also tried the Crème Brûlée Hojicha. It was fantastic. Blow torched at the counter. Perfectly not overwhelmingly sweet. Tea flavor cream was very nice. Last we tried the Tarte Matcha Framboise. Also very yummy. Green tea flavor was outstanding. Tarte crust was perfect. Coffee was very reasonably priced & perfectly paired with our desserts. We ordered a double expresso & Americana. Staff was friendly & hospitable. Baking staff was Japanese & masters at their craft! Would def come back again!
We just picked up about 5 desserts & ate them all in the hotel room. & omg! It was delicious!

I came here specifically for the Canelé, & it's an absolutely perfect Canelé 😍. The outside is caramelized just right, while the inside is moist & soft with even holes. Just looking at the surface holes you know is good already. There are plenty of vanilla seeds. it's the best Canelé I've had among so many places recently!
The Baguette is also delicious, you can smell the wheat before biting into it. I really like the crispy crust & chewy texture.
The best place to get a croissant, I would recommend to try the pecan croissant (out of the world) & the almond one, also the drink: Chocolate Chaud
Came in on a rainy day & was delighted with the delicious food on offer. Our soups were the most tasty, hearty, fresh, nourishing soups we'd ever tried! Flavours balanced perfectly. The most gorgeous winter warmer, thank you! Thoroughly recommend 👌
Je viens de déguster au meilleur croissant de toute mon existence'pacane soupçon chocolat' & aussi a une brioche pate feuilletée au bleuet c'est succulent. La personne qui m'a servie était très gentil, probablement c'était le proprio. Ce n'est pas ma force de distribuer facilement les étoiles, mais dans ce cas c'est largement méritée. À très bientôt.
Reallllllllllly amazing food here! I tried the crossiant with ricotta/blueberries/brie/arugula & it has been the best food I've had in Montreal. Great desserts, too! Highly recommend :)

Je suis tombée par hasard en ce dimanche matin sur la boulangerie en cherchant un endroit où juste prendre un café pour me réchauffer. Je tombe alors sur un compatriote breton d'une grande bienveillance dont l'accueil est impeccable. Les pâtisseries ont l'air succulente, le savoir faire se lit dans les présentations. La boutique est magnifique, elle permet d'accueillir du monde. Les prix sont plus que corrects! Bref, c'est un coup de coeur inattendu
Délicieux croissant salé… je n'ai pas craqué pour les pâtisseries très tentantes mais les voisins qui en dégustaient avaient l'air ravis !!!

Word of warning to Australians - get your coffee elsewhere but your pastries here ??
Unique assortment of delicious pastries - would highly recommend'l'argousier'! Wonderful hot chocolate as well. I will definitely return!
