Petite friterie/poutinerie, beaucoup de monde à toutes les heures & on comprend pourquoi. Faut être un peu patient une fois commandé mais tqt pas on voit que ça charbonne en cuisine (compliqué de trouver une place assise mais de toute façon la poutine ça se mange dehors dans le froid en mode trappeur). Je vais parler de la poutine puisque c'est ce que j'ai pris, poutine classique à 11$+taxes+tips (14,55$). Le point fort est le fromage avec des bonnes frites & la classique sauce. Portion pas énorme mais c'est pas ultra chère en même temps donc si t'as envie d'une poutine & ne pas sortir en roulant sans sous en poche, c'est l'endroit où aller. Je reviendrai tester le reste de la carte & la bière au fût.
Pour moi la meilleure Poutine de Montréal ! Les frites sont fines & très croustillantes, la sauce au vin excellente, le fromage bien Squik-Squik ! Avec la Salade & le sandwich ( ici à la sole ) un combo incroyable

If you need poutine this is the place to go. Great food. Be prepared though, if you want to dine in you'll need luck out to come during off hours. This is a small place, let the size of your living room, most of that space is taken up be the counter/cooking area. You could fit maybe a dozen people at the seats inside. That is a fraction of the people who are going to show up for lunch. Worth the effort though.

Le restaurant est petit & passerait presque inaperçu, mais il vaut vraiment le détour. L'accueil y est chaleureux & le personnel sympathique, la menu est plutôt varié (& plusieurs options végétariennes figurent au menu), le service est rapide, les portions sont très généreuses & les prix sont tout à fait abordables. La poutine (classique) est vraiment très bonne, à ne pas manquer !
If you need a quick injection of poutine or other drunk food, this is your place. No frills. Maybe 15 seats but across the street from a nice park. It does quite well what it does & doesn’t pretend to be more.

Small place. Feels like you are eating in a 70's diner, but that's the charm!
Mini burgers are awesome, & to this day, they still have the best poutine, the fries are just perfect & that sauce... I'm drooling just thinking about it.
Great fresh salad if you want some, just so you can feel healthy :P
We always enjoy eating at the 'bar table' so that we can watch the friendly cook make the food in front of us.
Everytime we go, we always feel right at home, & the staff is really extra friendly without trying too hard. Oh, & they also always have the coolest music playlist going on.
