La salade au 16 légumes avec la vinaigrette à l' ume était très rafraîchissante. Plateau normal & premium comme repas principal . Sashimi 10/10 nigiri 10/10 maki 9/10 . Le service d'eau 10/10 & service au table très bien ! Je recommandeView more
My expectations was higher that the food we received we got a beef tartare it was missing some salt the nigiri was good but they put wasabi in it so if you don't like wasabi like me it's ruin the experience the other sushi was ok Chocolat dessert was very good For the price I was expecting moreView more

Been here a couple of times. Very pricey but quality of ingredients are excellent. Sashimi is excellent & fresh. Maki rolls are good but too much sauce. I like to taste the ingredients. Nigiri was good but portions were tiny. Service was very good & informed. Overall a very good meal but not worth the price. There are other Japanese restaurants that are very good that will satisfy your sushi craving but at a better price point.View more
The best quality sushi I've had in a while. Eat bite was fresh & full of flavor. For quality sushi places, less is more - go sashimi & nigiri. Maki roll was good but we wished to have gotten another nigiri round instead. The strawberry dessert special right now is probably top 3 favorite desserts I have ever hadView more
So "Somebody feed Phil" introduced us to this restaurant & Chef Antonio Park. You read about the guy, & you just admire the man. My wife booked the lunch for us & the restaurant is in a very nice neighbourhood of Westmount in Montreal. We were greeted by a lovely host (I think her name was Faye) originally from Dorset, Uk; who welcomed us like old friends. (She also greeted a lot of regulars that came in after us - so she is definitely skilled at her role!) She recommended us to actually go for the Park specials, but double up on the nigiris, so we get the variety. Good call! Some people don't get the fuss about sushi. The skill is not just fresh fish, the knife skills, or the right marinated rice, the temperature, the presentation, but the whole ensemble. Chef Park also introduced the idea of his Argentinian flavours in the dips & the fusion tastes of the west & the Japanese in some sauces that were brushed on the nigiri. The presentation is immaculate & it is an experience to have some top rated sushi. We were very lucky to find him at the restaurant on our visit. He was happy to have a chat. If you are a sushi lover in Montreal, you definitely should try it out.View more

Visited for a special birthday celebration - innovative sushi with a twist & creative dipping sauces. The sashimi & oysters were fresh & full of flavour. We shared the Premium sushi platter & doubled up the nigiri. At this price point we expected the best & were not disappointed.View more
Nigiri were okay but some maki in the bento tasted & smelled like OLD fish. Japchae noodles were just well cooked even little amount, but no taste, only soy sauce, weigh TOO SALTY. Bibimbap rice were cooked with healthy grain like quinoa or brown rice, but as little amount as noodles in Japchae, after mixed with vegetable, (which are the SAME VEGETABLES USED IN JAPCHAE) - couldn't see them any more. & NO GOCHUJANG SAUCE FOR BIBIMBAP Did they forget Paid $90 Too overpriced. Maybe my expectations were too high? Should have ordered Japchae & Bibimbap from other Korean restaurants. Hope don't get sick from eating smelled like old fish.View more
I had the Premium Sushi platter - the quality of all the sashimi was great. However, I wish it was brought out in stages so that the Nigiri rice stayed warm & the fish less dry from being served all at once. The set was priced per person but it ended up being so much for one person! (The edamame was lots also for one person). I found myself forcing to finish it.View more
Definitely a splurge, but a worthwhile one. Everything was amazing, but especially the Wagyu Sando, sashimi, & all the nigiri. Will come again when I need my fill of the most delicious 🍣.View more
Unfortunately disappointing. The food was okay, but well below the quality you would expect for the price point. Very minimal selection of cocktails & sake by the glass. Tuna tartare was quite bad, but the nigiri was pretty good.View more
Top tier dining experience in Montreal. Went there for a special family occasion & we could not have been happier. Had the sushi platters, there was plenty of food for everyone. Recommend shelling out for the premium platters as you will get Otoro tuna & it is worth it! Everything was fresh, refined & tasty. Service was excellent & our waitress took the time to walk us through every single type of fish, maki & nigiri. Definitely on the pricier side but worth it to experience tastes you won't find anywhere else in the city.View more
The experience was exactly what you would want. The service was casual but attentive. The environment was relaxed with great music. The food was extraordinary. The nigiri was as greasy as can be.View more
Nous sommes allés au Park hier soir. La nourriture (nigiris, filet mignon ainsi que menu dégustation) était excellente ainsi que le service attentionné. Je suis en fauteuil roulant & la gérante nous a offert le stationnement intérieur. a revisiter...
