Food was delicious, for the onigiri, the fish is so fresh & it melts in your mouth. The desserts were amazing as well. Service is good & the server was nice. They explained the meals at each service. If you are at the counter, you can see the open kitch & the chefs preparing the food. Location seemed a bit off for this type of upscale restaurant. The toilets are upstairs, tucked in a weird area & you have to pass by the back kitch. We reserved well in advance for 2 persons, & were seating 20cm away from the other table, which was not intimate at all. For this kind of restaurant, I would appreciate for space between the tables for a better overall experience.
Probably one of the best places for sashimi in Montreal. The sushi were surprisingly amazing too as I usually don't like sushi. The rice to fish ratio is perfect
A fantastic experience, delicious food, attentive professional informative service & even got to say hello to the'guy' who the restaurant is named after. We were there for lunch, on a Friday & sat outside. The price is not for the faint of heart...worth every penny. The establishment has received it's first nod towards a Michelin Star...that should tell something.

Je suis assise au bar & j'adore voir les techniques pour façonner les sushis, nigiri etc.
Le chef est vraiment cool & social.
J'ai essayé un plat de 9 mcx de poissons crus, un délice.
J'ai essayé un verre de leur saké, excellent & frais.
Il y a aussi la boîte à Bento pour les plus petits budgets(soupe Miso + nouille avec boeuf, salade, dumpings❤? & sushi) pour seulement 33$.
J'ai moins aimé les nouilles & les sushis de cette boîte mais ça dépend des goûts j'imagine.

I want to preface by saying I never write reviews, but our experience was SO bad I had too.
The service was the worst I ever had. We waited over an hour for our food, after being shamed by our waiter that we were not ordering enough (we spent over 100$ per person). He clearly only cared about his tip & did not care to be kind.
The food was as good, but never going again because this waiter was so rude.
We just had the most amazing experience at Park. the chef was gracious & kind, the food was amazing & our server Nick was so much fun. I can't recommend this place highly enough for an incredible night. Thanks Park - Chef Antonio & Nick for making our 25th anniversary so special!!
The sushi was so delicious & the service was hands down the best… I wish I got the serve's name… she was so attentive, friendly calm, composed & helpful. Really such a kind server.. helped me with sake pairings for the meal. I'm really satisfied, if I'm craving sushi I will definitely come back 👍please check it out
