I decided to give this place a try not knowing anything about it. It is now my favorite noodle restaurant. I tried three different noodle dishes & loved them all. Will definitely go back!
Absolutely loved my experience here! The food takes you to heaven you can taste burst of flavours in just one bite & the quantity is so large that I couldn't even finish it, excited to eat the left overs now. Such a sweet & heart warming couple running the place! May you always smile this sweetly & continue to bring joy through your amazing food!
Beau petit restaurant de nouilles de Guilin. Belle ambiance musicale, personnel très courtois & généreuses portions de nouilles faites à la main.

Went for a quick takeout & turned out to be a great experience. Both the spicy beef noodles & the fish noodles we tried were great. Very unique flavour profiles. The chilli oil that came with it deserves special mention. The host was very friendly & we had a great conversation. Will be going back soon to try more stuff.

I normally do not leave any reviews but this spot is absolutely incredible, the food raised the bar for what I considered good Chinese cuisine & the service is was immaculate
Nous sommes sorti un mercredi soir après 20:00 dans ce restaurant asiatique que je ne connaissais pas. Je pense qu'il y'avait autre chose avant. La déco est épuré, même chose pour le mobilier. C'est propre. Les portions sont assez généreuses. Mon amie est reparti avec son dîner. Je pense que c'est tenu par un couple de chinois assez âgé mais qui ont assurés un bon service. Mr en cuisine & Mme en salle à faire le service. Elle connaît bien ses produits & sait faire des suggestions pour les gens hésitants. Je recommande ce restaurant. Pour son calme, sa propreté, l'amabilité des propriétaires, son emplacement & pour finir, ses prix.
AMAZING quality noodle dishes. I had the twice cooked pork noodles extra spicy. The place looks nice & the owner is super sweet!
Je suis végétalien, c'était un régal : salade de mangue, champignons épicés, crêpes chinoises, nouilles au tofu. Un délice, allez-y sans hésitation.
We've been here a few times, & the staff is always super friendly. We love the handmade noodles, especially the River Snails noodle (it's just the name, there is no snails or meat in this, so I consider it as vegetarian bowl of noodle) & the sour cabbage with beef homemade noodle. The stir-fried noodles are really good too. You can pay by card here.
The snail noodles taste exactly like the snail noodles I had in China, Guilin! If you go there, I recommend taking the snail noodles with an extra egg, it's really delicious :) I think the portions are perfect now as we were really full at the end. This is our third visit & the servers were nice to us every time.
Unique little spot with the most stunning homemade noodles you can find. The owners are excellent & the food is out of this world.
Visiting from Chicago, couldn't help & stopped by this restaurant. I'm from Guilin haven't had Guilin rice noodles for like a century. Really surprised that they have it in downtown Montreal. Ordered rice noodles with beef very authentic & owner is super friendly & laid back that's my vibe. Y'all need to try more kinds of rice noodles from Guangxi province, the land of rice noodles!
