Palma est presente comme un endroit chic et dynamique ou l'ambiance, la musique et le decor impressionnent et ou la nourriture est souvent excellente, en particulier les sushis frais et les plats de viande, avec des cocktails bien notes et un service qui peut etre chaleureux et efficace; les serveurs et hotesses sont frequemment loues pour leur disponibilite et leurs conseils; certains avis indiquent que le rapport qualite-prix est eleve, que le lieu peut etre tres bruyant et anime, et que la cuisine peut parfois sembler attendre ou varier selon les plats; des critiques mentionnent des retards importants lors d'un diner de groupe ou des problemes de facturation avec un pourboire automatique et des frais supplémentaires; malgre ces points, Palma demeure souvent recommande pour des diners romantiques ou entre amis et pour les soirees avec DJ et ambiance festive, avec l'envie de revenir pour decouvrir d'autres plats et profiter de la mise en scene et du service.
Great service & vibe. Appetizers are also quite good. However, that's where the positive ends. The porterhouse was of such low quality. The meat was grey. Some of the worst meat quality I've seen in a high end restaurant. On top of that, it was very under seasoned & drenched in oil. The sides also lacked any seasoning & we're full of oil The dessert was also another big letdown. The vanilla ice cream tasted like cheap Quebon (maybe even no name) frozen dessert. This was definitely not real ice cream. Honorable mention goes to the cash only valet. Nobody carries cash in 2024. Not worth the price for food. Good place for drinks & a fun vibe though
The place is super great but poor customer service . Im really disappointed with the service. We've waiting for 30 minutes to get in with the reservation & we waited over an hour to get the foods. Super arrogant waitress. My advise is to train your team to be able to offer a good customer service. It was my friend's birthday dinner . So bad for a spot with nice vibe .

Went there for dinner with a friend & was blown away by every aspect of this place. From the moment you walk in, the dining room has an amazing musky scent. The decor is 👌🏾 & the seating is very comfortable. The service was welcoming & efficient, we were never left wanting for anything. Our meal was cooked to perfection : from the porterhouse steak, to the guan shrimp, to the sticky ribs, it was all delectable. We also had a Japanese whiskey tasting while we were there. I would 100% go back & recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a beautiful atmosphere.
The food was good but the service could use some improvement. I don't understand how a restaurant located inside a hotel has staff that refuses to serve clients in English. I was there last night with a friend who was speaking in French but, since it's not her first language would switch to English & the waitress was very standoffish with her. She was visibly displeased with the fact that she was spoken to in English & would purposely answer my friend in French. She was more polite with me because I spoke to her in fluent french. Thats aside from the fact that she just wasn't a good waitress. At least the bus boy was welcoming & sweet. I won't be going back.
The best food I ever had! The bar is set so high now that I can't enjoy other restaurants. The quality the taste is impeccable. The service on point. Really worth it.

I had the pleasure of attending the "Lighter" event at Palma, & it was an experience I won't soon forget. Not only was I treated to an exquisite culinary journey, but I also had the opportunity to contribute to a cause close to my heart. Palma hosted the event with grace & style, aligning perfectly with the theme of supporting mental health awareness. Now, let's talk about the food & drink. Every dish was a masterpiece & bursting with flavor. The Spicy Virgin Margarita was a fiery mixture that was a perfect blend of zesty lime, & just the right amount of heat. The Grilled Shishito Peppers transported me back to Bali with their delightful sauce, while the Burrata Salad showcased the finest Italian cheese I've ever tasted outside of Italy itself. The Jardins de Fleurs was a delightful twist on spring rolls, with the addition of sweet Japanese tofu adding a perfect balance to the ensemble of flavors. The Double Truffle dish was an opulent masterpiece, showcasing the finest, freshly made tagliatelle enveloped in a luxurious truffle cream sauce. & dessert? Oh, where do I begin? The Smash Me dessert was a true party for the taste buds, & the Banana Mille Feuille was a delightful departure from tradition, combining banana, caramelized pecans, & velvety gelato. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring that every detail was perfect. The ambience was electric, filled with a mix of incredible people coming together for a great cause. & the music by local DJ YO-C set the perfect mood for the evening. Overall, my experience at Palma was nothing short of extraordinary. From the delicious food to the meaningful cause behind the event, it was a five-star experience through & through. I can't recommend Palma highly enough, & I'll certainly be back for more unforgettable evenings in the future. Bravo to the entire team for an exceptional evening!
The atmosphere here is fantastic, but the waiter's demeanor definitely needs improvement. Despite ordering twice, they still managed to bring the wrong items, & to top it off, their attitude was less than pleasant.
Même si on avait réservé, lorsqu'on est arrivés on s'est fait dire que notre table avait été donné tandis que l'on avait confirmé notre présence. Accueil très moyen.
Laurence était super - les hôtesses ont donné notre table mais ils ont réussi après (maintes conversations) à nous trouver notre table. Merci lau pour le bon service ! Xoxo
