Joli décors, cependant endroit peu chic & très criard… parfait si vous êtes un wanna be. La manière dont sont traités les serveuses (qui sont adorable & magnifique) est inacceptable, & la nourriture est faussement sophistiquée & peu fine. Je déconseille.

?The food is pure luxury. The Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna has the perfect crunch, & the Premium Sushi Rolls are next-level, especially the ultra-boujee one topped with white fish & literal caviar. The Pan-Seared Dumplings, but the absolute showstopper is the massive, perfectly charred T-Bone Steak.

?Every plate looks like a work of art, the ingredients are top-tier, & the energy is unmatched. 10/10 recommendation for a premium night out!

Je me faisais une joie de passer une belle soirée au Palma Griffintown, mais l'expérience a rapidement tourné au cauchemar à cause d'un service exécrable & d'une attitude que je ne peux qualifier autrement que de discriminatoire.
Dès notre arrivée, le ton était donné.Nous avons dû attendre un temps fou pour la moindre commande.Le pire reste sans doute notre emplacement dans le restaurant. Au lieu de nous installer dans la section principale pour profiter de la véritable ambiance du Palma, nous avons été relégués tout au fond du restaurant, complètement coupés de la dynamique du lieu. En regardant autour de nous, le constat était flagrant & profondément dérangeant : toutes les personnes de couleur présentes ce soir-là étaient regroupées dans ce même coin sombre, comme si on avait délibérément cherché à nous isoler & nous cacher de la clientèle principale.C'est une chose d'avoir un service lent, c'en est une autre de se faire traiter avec mépris & d'avoir la nette impression de subir un profilage qui ne dit pas son nom pour nous chasser de l'espace principal.

C'est dommage la nourriture était bonne…
