Amy was our barmaid, she gave us amazing service at the bar; was so friendly & very helpful with the menu, we had a great time! We will definitely be back again!

Musique excellente (nous sommes allés un vendredi) & ambiance aussi. Service au bar très lent par contre. Prix exagérés mais ça semble être la norme. Nous n'avons pas mangé donc cela n'est pas reflété ici.
I like the sushi, & the salad in the menu, also the ambiance is cool; however the service can be away better, even at the bar they don't fill up your glass of water during the time you are there
Came by on a Sunday night. Great ambiance, service was excellent. From start to finish. Everyone was very friendly & professional. Lorianne was a great bartender as well as Alisha; great cocktails, they took good care of me as well as Troy at the entrance. I'll be back for sure, might have to become a Sunday tradition.
Nous sommes allés fêter une amie. C'était ma première fois dans cet endroit... & probablement la dernière. Dès notre arrivée, nous étions six, mais on nous a placés à une table prévue pour quatre personnes. Il n'y avait même pas assez de place pour tout le monde. Après de longues discussions & beaucoup d'insistance, ils ont fini par ajouter une table. Pourtant, la réservation avait été faite plus de deux semaines à l'avance. La soirée semblait déjà mal partie. Une nouvelle barmaid était en poste ce soir-là, & nous avons dû retourner trois cocktails qui étaient tout simplement mal faits. Ensuite, un plat principal a également dû être retourné, car il semblait qu'ils avaient littéralement renversé tout le sel dans l'assiette. À chaque interaction, la serveuse nous donnait l'impression que nous étions dérangeants, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus désagréable. De plus, des jeunes en jogging entouraient notre table, ce qui ne correspondait pas du tout à l'ambiance qu'on espérait. Les prix étaient exorbitants pour ce qu'on a reçu. Honnêtement, le service, la nourriture & l'organisation laissent vraiment à désirer. Cependant, je dois reconnaître que l'endroit est magnifique, & certains cocktails (quand bien faits) étaient excellents. Malgré cela, je n'y retournerai pas. Une énorme déception.

From the moment you step inside, you're embraced by an incredible vibe that's both chic & welcoming, making it an ideal spot for anything from a date night to a celebratory dinner with friends. The service at Palma is exceptional. The team goes above & beyond, but a special shoutout has to go to Annick at the bar, who is an absolute gem! The dishes are also absolutely amazing & sooo tasty!!! Palma isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience, & one you'll want to repeat. If you're looking for great food, fantastic service, & an unforgettable vibe, this is the place to be. Bravo to the whole team! 5/5 stars.

The food was forgettable, but the service & ambience are really the reason to come here. Our servers were so attentive & fun. We came for our friends birthday & it's a great place to celebrate! It can get pretty loud once 11pm comes & the crowd is more a club vibe. The servers gave us complimentary shots which was very sweet. This is a typically hype restaurant/bar to celebrate & drink if you are looking for a more club-like ambience. Enjoy 😉
Overall we had a great experience. The waitress gave us some good recommendations. My only disappointment was the margarita, it was too sour. The waitress told us they were training someone at the bar. We ordered another one & she shared our feedback. The second one was much better.
Belle place quand même! Mais, le service au bar est vraiment négligé. Les Barmaids qui me font de l'attitude. Service très long. Demande des pourboire super élevé pour un cocktail basic. J'ai été déçu pour vrai.
My favourite place ever, the music, food & service is top. All staff is great there specially Diana at the bar counter, she is so welcoming & professional.

The best food I ever had! The bar is set so high now that I can't enjoy other restaurants. The quality the taste is impeccable. The service on point. Really worth it.
I recently visited Palma restaurant & had an amazing experience, thanks to Deva's exceptional service behind the bar. Deva's attentiveness & knowledge of cocktails made our evening truly memorable & perfectly complemented the delicious food. I highly recommend !
What a great experience the food was exquisite beautiful decor & music the bartenders were great 👍 👌 try it out its worth every penny even if it is expensive

I absolutely would like to update my review. A few minutes after we didn’t get the table, we were offered another one that wasn’t the bar. They did fix their mistake but by that time I already posted my review. I appreciate the fact they did their best to give me what I asked for. The food & the drinks was also great!
I just had the most incredible time at Palma last night. It was a total gem of a find! If you're into sushi, seriously, you need to know about this place. The sushi selection? Oh my goodness, it blew my mind. & their cocktails? Let's just say they raised the bar for me.
But the real magic? The whole vibe. I mean, picture this: the place was alive with energy, & the DJ? Totally nailed it. It's like you step into this whole other world where good food & style just blend effortlessly.
Honestly, if you're ever looking for an unforgettable night out, Palma's where it's at. I'm already dreaming about going back – that's how much I enjoyed it!
