We visited Palma in the heart of Griffintown & had an amazing experience. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, & the music made it a great place to party & get your night going. We ordered the tomahawk omnivore platter & it was incredibly generous - more than enough food & perfect for sharing. The staff were personable, welcoming & very attentive throughout the night. The owner stopped by to check in & made sure everything was great, which was a really nice touch. A must-try spot in Montreal. I'd absolutely return for any occasion.
Loved our experience at Palma. Host Raphael's energy & friendly attitude set the tone right away, & the waiters were incredibly welcoming & attentive. They even took our coats, which added a really classy touch.
We loved the table d'hôte menu-excellent value & beautifully executed. The ambiance is elegant & refined without feeling stuffy. We went on a Sunday & it was absolutely perfect for a romantic date night.

I recently went to Palma for dinner I never write reviews but my server was such an angel I have to share. Her name was Angelie & she was so kind, gave amazing service, very attentive & made the whole experience. The food was unreal, great music, definitely recommend if you wanna fun dinner, amazing service, a quality meal
Sabrina & Jacob were nothing short of excellent. Patient & attentive for our party of 8, & made sure we had a phenomenal time. Thank you, we'll be back!

J'y étais un samedi pour un anniversaire. l'esthétique est bien mais la nourriture n'était pas fameuse & le service à la clientele était MÉDIOCRE. Notre serveuse était mauvaise aucune classe & pas très présente/attentive. Très déçu mes ami(e)s & moi avions de hautes attentes.

The food was forgettable, but the service & ambience are really the reason to come here. Our servers were so attentive & fun. We came for our friends birthday & it's a great place to celebrate! It can get pretty loud once 11pm comes & the crowd is more a club vibe. The servers gave us complimentary shots which was very sweet. This is a typically hype restaurant/bar to celebrate & drink if you are looking for a more club-like ambience. Enjoy 😉

The staff provided top-notch service throughout the evening. Very attentive, knowledgeable, & made excellent recommendations. Now, let's talk about the food. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender & full of flavor. It was definitely the highlight of my meal. & let's not forget about the drinks! It was expertly crafted & perfectly balanced, just the way I like it. Overall, Palma exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of amazing food, attentive service, & stylish ambiance made for a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend PALMA to anyone looking for a top-notch restaurant in Montreal. I had the pleasure of attending the "Lighter" event at Palma, & it was an experience I won't soon forget. Not only was I treated to an exquisite culinary journey, but I also had the opportunity to contribute to a cause close to my heart. Palma hosted the event with grace & style, aligning perfectly with the theme of supporting mental health awareness. Now, let's talk about the food & drink. Every dish was a masterpiece & bursting with flavor. The Spicy Virgin Margarita was a fiery mixture that was a perfect blend of zesty lime, & just the right amount of heat. The Grilled Shishito Peppers transported me back to Bali with their delightful sauce, while the Burrata Salad showcased the finest Italian cheese I've ever tasted outside of Italy itself. The Jardins de Fleurs was a delightful twist on spring rolls, with the addition of sweet Japanese tofu adding a perfect balance to the ensemble of flavors. The Double Truffle dish was an opulent masterpiece, showcasing the finest, freshly made tagliatelle enveloped in a luxurious truffle cream sauce. & dessert? Oh, where do I begin? The Smash Me dessert was a true party for the taste buds, & the Banana Mille Feuille was a delightful departure from tradition, combining banana, caramelized pecans, & velvety gelato. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring that every detail was perfect. The ambience was electric, filled with a mix of incredible people coming together for a great cause. & the music by local DJ YO-C set the perfect mood for the evening. Overall, my experience at Palma was nothing short of extraordinary. From the delicious food to the meaningful cause behind the event, it was a five-star experience through & through. I can't recommend Palma highly enough, & I'll certainly be back for more unforgettable evenings in the future. Bravo to the entire team for an exceptional evening!

I recently visited Palma restaurant & had an amazing experience, thanks to Deva's exceptional service behind the bar. Deva's attentiveness & knowledge of cocktails made our evening truly memorable & perfectly complemented the delicious food. I highly recommend !
Such a beautiful restaurant the vibes & music is so so good !! The food is also really good . Although it is so sad that with all that being said after the service I've received tonight I wouldn't recommend this place , the waitress was so rude , so impatient. We were celebrating with the cake & the birthday girl didn't even get to take pictures of the cake & even her with her cake .. the cake was basically snatched from us. The food took 50 minutes to come (drinks & starters included). It would've really helped if our waitress was kinder & more attentive rather than giving the whole table attitude especially knowing we are celebrating a birthday.
5/5 across the food, service & atmosphere. Sushi was out of this world & I didn't expect that. Staff was very attentive & friendly. When they made an error & we raised it, we were apologized to & compensated. They also checked in on us frequently despite the busy night. Decor was modern, hip & very aesthetic. My only comment is that it can be hard to find this restaurant. Make sure to inquire with the Alt Hotel reception to find your way.
Breathtaking experience at this gem of a restaurant in the heart of Griffintown . I went yesterday & I had the pleasure of dining at "Palma " & I must say it was a memorable experience from the moment I stepped inside. Palma is truly a culinary gem. The ambiance was intimate & sophisticated, perfect for a night in town . From the perfectly seared steaks to the beautifully presented sushi options, every dish was a work of art. The flavors were well-balanced & left a lasting impression. The restaurant staff were friendly, knowledgeable, & attentive. They made great recommendations & were always ready to cater to our needs. What truly stood out, apart from the food & service, was the exceptional coat check service. The coat check attendant Estera was polite , friendly & efficient. She greeted us with a warm smile, took our coats, & provided us with a numbered ticket. When we were ready to leave, retrieving our coats was a breeze. Estera had everything ready & even helped us put on our coats. It might seem like a small detail, but it added a touch of luxury & convenience to the dining experience.I left her a great tip :) Overall Palma exceeded my expectations on every front. The restaurant offers a delightful combination of gourmet cuisine, a charming atmosphere, & exceptional staff. The coat check service was the icing on the cake, showcasing their commitment to providing a truly elevated dining experience. Can't wait to come back !
