Food is very overpriced & anything that isn't from their most popular dishes is deeply disappointing. Had the burrata & the tomatoes were unseasoned & grainy, & the whole plate for the price of it was just sad. The server wasn't the greatest at all either, very two faced & shit talked our table to a server, make sure the table you're serving doesn't see you do a hand motion to your coworker next time ;)
They're also very dishonest with the tip, they start at 20% & the server holds on to the machine so you're on the spot & quickly select without truly giving an honest tip.
Do not recommend this place, truly a one & done.
Je suis allé au Palma avec mon mari pour une sortie en amoureux, nous avons pris une entrée ( côtes levée & nouille au boeuf) & un plat de résistance (filet mignon) j'ai demandé une cuisson maximale pour la viande car étant enceinte cela n'a pas été respecté. Ce qui m'a le plus déçu c'est le 20% de frais de service automatiquement ajouté à la facture sans nous aviser. Un manque de transparence . Je ne pense pas qu'au Québec le pourboire soit obligatoire & automatiquement ajouté aux factures sans aviser les clients . & encore 20% au lieu de 15% communément utilisé par les restaurants. & j'allais oublier nous avons été positionné dans un coin perdu de la salle à en face de l'entrée des toilettes. Pourtant à notre arrivée il y'avait plein de table pour 2 disponible (nous avons réservé d'avance c'était un samedi). Honnêtement je ne pense pas que j'irais encore là-bas ou même que je le recommanderais à des Amis.
Great experience as a big group on a friday evening, very nice choice of menu as well a great service from Laurianne & Naomie. Decor & ambiance on point & would absolutly recommand.

Delicious food, the atmosphere was vibrant & the entire team was professional, organized, & attentive.
The service was excellent from start to finish, making the whole dining experience truly enjoyable.
It's also a fantastic venue for group events & special occasions.
I highly recommend Palma to anyone looking for great food, great vibes, & exceptional service. I will definitely be back!
... the service we got was an entitled woman who kept making hand signals to (shittalk) with another server as we had more people coming.. the place felt practically soulless & yhe food quantity is minimal & isn't fresh wouldn't recommend
Not one to leave negative reviews-in fact, I rarely leave reviews at all-but our experience at Palma during F1 weekend in Montreal was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had.
As part of the F1 weekend, we were required to prepay $300 per person, for a total of $900 for our group of three. Upon arrival, we ordered a bottle of wine & a dozen oysters, which arrived quickly & were excellent. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended.
When we ordered the wine, we also placed our main course orders. After finishing our bottle of wine, our waitress never returned to our table to offer additional drinks or provide any updates. Two & a half hours later, we still had not received our meals, any additional beverages, or even an explanation.
To make matters worse, the guests at the two tables around us were experiencing the same issues. They spoke with us throughout the evening, sharing their frustration & disappointment over the excessive delays & lack of communication. It was clear that our table was not the only one being affected.
During this time, there was a significant police presence at a nearby table, with approximately 16 officers at the restaurant for at least 20 minutes. While we don't know the details of the situation, it certainly added to an already disappointing evening.
Eventually, after waiting over 2.5 hours with no food & no communication, we decided to leave. The manager on duty acknowledged the situation, apologized, & assured us that we would be reimbursed. We even offered to simply pay for what we had consumed-the bottle of wine & the oysters-& receive a refund for the remainder.
It has now been over a week & a half, & despite initial communication from management, our messages are now being ignored & no refund has been processed.
Mistakes happen, & we understand that restaurants can have difficult nights. What is most disappointing is not only the lack of service, but the failure to follow through on the promised resolution. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
We recently hosted my wife's 40th birthday at Palma & the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
From the planning stage to the execution on the night of the event, the team was incredibly professional, responsive & accommodating. There were a few adjustments along the way, & every time the staff handled them quickly & seamlessly to make sure everything came together perfectly.
The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, & the service was exceptional throughout the evening. Our guests had an amazing time & many commented on how great the experience was.
Most importantly, my wife had the time of her life, which made all the planning worth it.
A special thank you to Kelly & Thomas, & the entire Palma team for helping make such an important milestone truly memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate.
I would recommend any person of colour other than white shouldn't go to this club . The staff is very racist . I went there with my friends for birthday ordered bottles , enjoyed the atmosphere end experience racist comments from security. Anyone who believe in diversity should not give them a chance anymore
