Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avions une réservation, mais cela n'a servi à rien. Une fois installés, nous avons attendu plus de 20 minutes sans qu'aucune serveuse ne vienne nous voir. Pas un bonjour, pas une prise de commande, pas même un simple verre d'eau. Le strict minimum en matière de service n'a même pas été assuré.

Avec le prix des plats affichés à la carte, on s'attend à un service à la hauteur. Au lieu de cela, nous avons été complètement ignorés jusqu'à ce que nous décidions de quitter le restaurant sans avoir été servis. C'est tout simplement inacceptable.

Je suis extrêmement déçue de cette expérience & de la façon dont nous avons été traités. Après la soirée que nous avons vécue, je ne recommanderais absolument pas cet établissement.

Here is my review about this place.

Decoration 10/10 it's very nice decorated with class furniture, good space. The bar is nicely done.

Ambiance 6/10 so I went on a wednesday at 8h00pm & there was not a lot of people. I thought it would have been more busy. I guess later on the week it gets more crowded. It's good for dates, & birthday party so is business meeting. However, it seems a bit cold I would say.

Service 1/10 I'm sorry but the service was awful 😖. I went the 30 of July with two friends of mine it cost me 2740$ way over price for seafood tower. But the thing the most unprofessional was the waitress who tried to hustle me. She was suggest tequila shoot for my friend birthday (that was ok) but she started to ask for her also to take tequila shoot & double even triple & we are taking Azule tequila high end. The first one ok, but the second one & the third one NO she was our waitress & was already almost drunk forgot my mucktails, service was lacking we had 1850$ just of alcohol?? That was completely unnecessary. Just because I have money doesn't mean you need to make me a big bill. I gave her 3300$ cash & she was still arguing for more tip?? I guess 500$ wasn't enough for her 🤷?♂?. After that she wanted to follow us just to take advantage of the situation. If I was the manager I would fired her. If I go back I'm not asking for her.

Food 8/10 the food was good not a lot of option but still very good had the seafood tower. Take the bottle water not the tap one it taste like chlorine.

Cleanest 8/10 the place was clean but bathrooms needs to be more cleaner. We had two glass that were dirty & since our waitress was drunk she didn't change then so we left then aside.

I would need to try again this place with better service. It's not because you are pretty that make you good waitress. It's how you do your service.

So 50/50 recommandations & check your bill.

Wow I did my birthday there with 10 of my friends. Honestly best food & incredible energy. The vibes were immaculate ✨ totally recommend it

Food is very overpriced & anything that isn't from their most popular dishes is deeply disappointing. Had the burrata & the tomatoes were unseasoned & grainy, & the whole plate for the price of it was just sad. The server wasn't the greatest at all either, very two faced & shit talked our table to a server, make sure the table you're serving doesn't see you do a hand motion to your coworker next time ;)
They're also very dishonest with the tip, they start at 20% & the server holds on to the machine so you're on the spot & quickly select without truly giving an honest tip.
Do not recommend this place, truly a one & done.

Je suis allé au Palma avec mon mari pour une sortie en amoureux, nous avons pris une entrée ( côtes levée & nouille au boeuf) & un plat de résistance (filet mignon) j'ai demandé une cuisson maximale pour la viande car étant enceinte cela n'a pas été respecté. Ce qui m'a le plus déçu c'est le 20% de frais de service automatiquement ajouté à la facture sans nous aviser. Un manque de transparence . Je ne pense pas qu'au Québec le pourboire soit obligatoire & automatiquement ajouté aux factures sans aviser les clients . & encore 20% au lieu de 15% communément utilisé par les restaurants. & j'allais oublier nous avons été positionné dans un coin perdu de la salle à en face de l'entrée des toilettes. Pourtant à notre arrivée il y'avait plein de table pour 2 disponible (nous avons réservé d'avance c'était un samedi). Honnêtement je ne pense pas que j'irais encore là-bas ou même que je le recommanderais à des Amis.

Great experience as a big group on a friday evening, very nice choice of menu as well a great service from Laurianne & Naomie. Decor & ambiance on point & would absolutly recommand.
