Montreal has several great high-end vegan sushi restaurants with creative concepts. What I liked about O'Plante is the laid-back vibe, roomy seating for large family groups & all-you-can eat menu with more traditional flavours. Don't expect fancy fusion dishes or fine dining: O-Plante serves comfort food. We ordered our food from our phones, through an online menu. The food arrived quickly, in waves. We weren't rushed like at other places where they kick you out after 2 hours, so we had plenty of time to relax & chat. We tried close to 20 dishes which were all the perfect size for sharing & all very tasty. We wouldn't have had so much variety if we had ordered à la carte. There's even a cat robot that carries food trays to the dining room. It gave me a good chuckle. It would have been nice if there were dessert options, but to be honest we were so full that we probably wouldn't have been able to have another bite. I would definitely come back here!
Service ultra rapide & bonne nourriture! Parfait all you can eat
Unfortunately I must say this was the worst restaurant service experience I have ever had. We came for all-you-can-eat menu, & ordered as instructed on the online system, & then waited over 2 hours with only a few of the items arriving, & the rest never coming. The server then couldn't figure out what we had even ordered, & asked us if we could estimate how many things we had received. Then we tried to pay with a gift card bought on the website earlier that same day, & were told (after waiting more) that we could not pay with the gift card at all. All told, we arrived at the restaurant at 18h15, & left at 20h40, hungry, not able to pay using the gift card bought from the restaurant's website, being charged for more food than we ate. Will not return.
All you can eat sushi. However, I think their kitchen is what make this place special.
Food is excellent, server was super sweet, really good value for 35$ all you can eat when everything else has gotten so expensive 👌
Nice vegan restaurant with a delicious choice of sushi dishes & a super-priced all you can eat buffet. Off St Denis & Sherbrooke, 5-7 minutes walk from the metro
Inattentive server. We did not receive some items we had ordered. Incredibly overpriced "all you can eat". The restaurant smelled strongly of chemicals & cleaning products.
Incroyable variété de nourriture vegan. & pour le prix ça vaut vraiment la peine de faire à volonté. Le service était excellent.

The food was delicious however the experience was not. We had an 8pm reservation & we were told right away not to order all you can eat because the kitchen was closing. Our drinks came long after the food. The food is really great & inventive but by 915 we were asked to leave because the kitchen wanted to leave. The waitress was charming & lovely but the overall experience was highly unpleasant. I want to encourage vegan restaurants but this one needs to stop taking reservations at 715 if you are kicked out on the street by 9.
We also really wanted to be served by the robot but we were told he was put to bed by the time our table got the food. The 3 star is only because the food was amazing but do not dine there as an experience
The food is incredible, I was so impressed & very happy to get the all you can eat option. Very worth it, if I'm back in Montreal I will certainly visit again
The food is always good, dishes & sushi are really good. But it's the second time i have this problem there for all you can eat. The orders i place comes always missing a lot of stuff in them! We were only 2 people & i had to order 5 times because every time there was stuff missing. The service & the girls are super sweet & fast but the kitchen is so slow! Doesn't make me want to come back or refer other people for vegan sushi.

Délicieux ; pleins d'options véganes à s'y méprendre, vraiment un super concept. Prenez le all you can eat, ça vaut tellement la peine. Le seul bémol est que l'attente entre les services n'est pas toujours constante étant donné le mode de commande par tablette électronique, mais pas de là à enlever une étoile.
Je suis tellement contente que le "Yuan all you can eat" soit de retour. Vous avez innové avec votre collaboration Oplante & que dire de Bella. Après 10 ans à aller à ce restaurant, un robot m'a chanter bonne fête. Fantastique, je le suggère à tous & j'ai hâte de le faire découvrir à des nouveaux gens.
