OPLANTE Sushi Wok Végétalien delivers a specialized culinary experience centered entirely on plant-based ingredients. The menu showcases innovative sushi rolls prepared with fresh vegetables, seasoned rice, and diverse meat alternatives that mimic traditional textures. Beyond sushi, the kitchen executes a range of wok-tossed dishes that emphasize bold stir-fry techniques and savory umami profiles. Every item adheres to strict vegan standards, ensuring that all components from sauces to garnishes remain animal-product free. The focus remains on sustainable sourcing and the creative application of botanical flavors to reconstruct classic Japanese and Asian fusion staples. This establishment maintains a commitment to accessible, plant-exclusive dining through precise preparation and high-quality vegetable-forward ingredients. The resulting fare offers a robust exploration of vegan gastronomy without reliance on conventional seafood or animal proteins.
OPLANTE Sushi Wok Végétalien is widely appreciated for its extensive and flavorful all you can eat vegan menu, offering a diverse array of sushi, wok dishes, and appetizers that cater to both vegans and non-vegans alike. Many diners praise the fresh ingredients, creative presentation, and the fun, interactive experience provided by the robotic servers, while also highlighting the friendly service and upbeat atmosphere. Although a few reviewers noted inconsistencies with specific dishes, potential acoustic challenges, or occasional operational hiccups, the majority of visitors consider the restaurant a reliable, high-quality, and affordable destination for casual dining or special occasions.
Oplante is an interesting experience! AYCE vegan sushi, appetizers, & hot entrees. Ordering is done on your phone using a QR code. The restaurant did not have a lot of diners but food was quite slow to come out of the kitchen. The quality was largely good. The specialty rolls are extravagant but this is unfortunately at the cost of rolls being prepared in advance resulting in, for example, soft (instead of crunchy) tempura bits as garnish. Overall, it was enjoyable though our party overate due to our ordering speed outpacing the preparation of the food.

All you can eat concept let us try a bit of everything, which was nice. Some dishes were more flavorful than others - we quite enjoyed the inari tofu, the udon noodles, the general tao chicken. The peanut dumplings were *okay* (but don't compete with those at Chuchai), the basil tofu was *okay* but it was missing something, the two types of sushi we had, one was great, the other was lower key. There were a couple of items we never received (shanghai noodles & japanese curry), & finally decided the hour was too late to stay longer. Of course, appreciated that everything's vegan. Minus the missed items, service was good, & the robot is cool.
It was a horrible experience. We have been going to this place for 11 years, going back to when it was called YUAN.
It's not what it used to be.
The service was horrible. All the dishes had a burnt taste.
We took the all you can eat menu. It was very long getting our food, only getting a dish here & there. One of the dishes we ordered with our first order never came.
We ordered a second round, but after 30 minutes, we were still waiting. I inquired about it to the waitress. She said she would check with the kitchen, but never came back to let us know the status of our order. After another 15 minutes, I went to ask again & was told that only one of the dishes we ordered (by then it was 45 minutes ago) was being prepared. I had to ask again to find that out! They didn't ever bother telling us. We waited a bit longer for that one dish (that was the same dish we never got from the 1st order), but eventuallly decided to just leave. We were pissed about the whole situation.
The service from the kitchen was horrible, but the service from the waitresses was just as bad.
I am leaving many other details out that made this the worst restaurant experience we ever had.
This used to be our favorite restaurant but now we have decided to never set foot in that place again.
Wonderful food, everything you could want! Great sushi, noodles, dumplings, you name it! They make it best! Wonderful desserts as well. Fabulous service to top it all off.
The nigiri was a pretty big let down. The sides & non-sushi dishes were the best, like the general tao. The california was alright, & so were the other'chef special' rolls. The place echoes a lot, & it's pretty hard to hear people, even though the place was not busy. They do have a cute robot that brings the food, which was fun. We did the all you can eat, & it was around 35$ per. Everything was vegan though!
