Very recommendable this restaurant! We had an amazing celebrations here last night with friends & last month with family. The Food is always delicious, we love the ambiance whether it's inside or outside. Not to mention the accommodating staff (from the waiters to the bartender) very courteous & friendly! 🙏 Also, Mr Chef surprised us with their very delicious cake! Oh by the way that cake is the best❤️ & even we walked away each of us with our Spanish biscuits a gift from the head chef. Thank you Chef! Please Visit Ole Tapas & you won't regret it!
The food & service was very nice! Chef nikolas greeted us at the door, was very kind & explained the menus to us, we explained our dietary restrictions & he also let us know that they have halal beef! My friends were very excited but I was kind of skeptical at first as I am quite a picky eater & there's lots of food I don't like. I was iffy about it but the food was actually very nice! I ordered the tortilla de paratha, & also tried the pollo al ajillo & paella vegetariana . The service was very fast, & we always had waiters check on us. We also got virgin mojitos which were also very nice! The chef even complimented us with free dessert. Very nice place & staff!

Amazing experience with my family at Ole. The staff was incredible, very welcoming as soon as we walked in the door . We had questions about the menu & chef nico came & explained everything perfectly. The portions & flavours were incredible & very authentic ( we have been to Spain ) . Definitely would recommend & will be back soon.
Not impressed, shrimps not too good & don't taste the garlic but are full of paprika. Seems like the garlic mushrooms are canned mushrooms, I wouldn't feed my dog those mushrooms. He took them back without deducting them from the bill... Octopuses is given whole without a good knife to cut it, when I asked for a smooth knife to not destroy the octopus he said they only have steak knives. I asked him to ask the chef to cut the octopus in smaller pieces half & inch, he came back saying that the chef didn't want. He only cut them in three pieces, that really pissed me off especially that the bill cost me around 190$. I went to see the owner with the plate, they brought me back another one but it was cut 1 inch thick with no taste. Everything was bad, it's a shame considering this place a Spanish Tapas restaurant. Atmosphere, I heard all kind of musique except for Spanish music from Spain. Way to go for the atmosphere. First & last time in this restaurant.
**Overall, we loved it:** We had a great Sunday lunch with the family. The service was excellent & quick, just what you'd expect from a good Taberna. The head chef is very engaged & takes the time to greet guests at the door, adding a personal touch to the experience. The seafood tapas (shrimps, fried calamari, marinated anchovies) were perfectly cooked & well balanced. The shrimp were fresh & tender, & the calamari were well-seasoned, crispy, & not greasy-some of the best I've tried in all of Montreal. The Bacalao croquetas were spot on & comparable to what you'd be served in Spain. We liked them so much that we re-ordered. The cheese platter, though a bit pricey, was really good & would make a great starter along with their Sangria. The tortilla de patatas was average; I think there's room for improvement here. The bottom was burnt, & the texture was dry & crumbly-overcooked. The pan con tomate was disappointing. The bread didn't stand out (it felt store-bought), & the tomatoes weren't fresh & tasted as if they were mixed with spices or condiments. It's a simple tapa that should have been executed better. Unfortunately, the grilled chicken skewers were not up to par. I wouldn't recommend them. They were dry, lacked seasoning, & didn't taste fresh or made to order.
Excellent Spanish food. Felt right at home with the chef coming outside to explain the whole menu & how everything was prepared fresh & with love. Try it out yourself you will not be disappointed in the food or the friendly staff.
The tapas portions are generous & delicious..we had the calamars à la plancha & the octopus & boquerones...all outstanding Service was excellent...with chef Nico checking in to see if we were satisfied. The setting is inviting & it's worth sitting on the terrasse. Highly recommend.

Our family enjoyed a lovely evening meal on the terrasse & the combination of atmosphere, tasty food, excellent service & location made us feel like we were on vacation! We ordered a paella to share & a variety of hot & cold tapas. The food was very fresh & flavourful & the portions were perfect. Chef Nicolas took the time to welcome us & Ainsley ensured that we were well taken care of throughout the evening. We will definitely be back again soon to enjoy another family dinner by the waterfront!

We stop at Ole Tapas a few times in the beautiful summer days. The terrace is very spacious with great view of the water marina buzz. The service always is impeccable. We tried several of the Spanish tapas specialties & we find them all being served with a nice presentation, very typically "Catalan" style. Everything we taste has been carefully prepared by chef Nikola. The shrimp, octopus & calamari, anyway you order them they are delicious. The "Papas Brava" is another staple we order. They have a nice short but well chosen selection of Spanish wines. We were last there in July 12th 2024 with friends & definitely planning to come back soon with more friends. Olé!

We were looking for a good dining experience after a day boating. We met the chef at the door & he promised us a good dinner. We were NOT disappointed. We had muscles, anchovies, & grilled calamari. All was excellent & the calamari was outstanding. Service was great & the drinks were very good, even though our margaritas were smallish. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did!
Took a chance from our regular restaurant, was but the chef at the front door, true chef as you can hear his love & passion for his food & most importantly making sure his clients were happy. EVERYTHING was amazing, the staff beyond catering to us, the food was so good we had to order other things to try even when we were full. Truly the perfect spot to enjoy great food, great hospitality & atmosphere. We've found our new spot in Ste-Anne's.
Excellent Tapas! La paella est vraiment très bonne! Très bons cocktails & vins espagnol! Service impeccable, Magnifique terrasse. Nous avons passés une soirée mémorable. Ça vaut le détour! Merci au chef Nikolas, nous reviendrons c'est certain!
The food was EXTREMELY good & the service was impeccable!!! We had the paella, the grilled calamari, the croqueras de baccalao & the sangria & it was amazing. Chef Nico answered our questions & you could tell he put all his heart in his work. We will be back, thank you!
