One of the best coffees I ever had - when it comes to the food, it wasn't really my taste (what can be entirely on me, since I could have chosen something different). I thought the white chocolate ganache was going to be sweet enough to balance the citrus &'sour' from the yogurt & fruits but it wasn't the case, to me it just tasted really sour. My suggestion would be to adjust the menu so the customer knows which fruits are part of the dish, or at least train the waitress to inform us - I wouldn't have ordered it if I knew that blood oranges were part of the recipe.
I honestly love everything about this coffee shop - the vibe, the food is amazing, the coffee is fantastic, & I really appreciate that they roast it on the spot. But the last few times I've
- been there, I was absolutely freezing. My feet were frozen, I had to sit in my jacket while eating, & the same happened to my friend - her baby was totally cold & of course he didn't want to stay zipped up in a jacket the whole time.
We ended up leaving earlier than we wanted because he was just too cold & uncomfortable.
When we looked around, we realized pretty much everyone inside was sitting in their coats.
When we approached an employee & mentioned how cold it was, we were told that the building is very old & that the best way to fix the situation would be to talk to the owner directly
I'm sharing this not to complain for the sake of complaining, but because I really love this place & want to keep coming - it would be amazing if they could make it even a little warmer inside so guests (especially kids & babies) can actually relax & enjoy their food & coffee without shivering in their jackets.

We had a wonderful brunch experience at Nordik Café! The food was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented - clearly made with care & quality ingredients. The coffee was excellent, & the overall atmosphere is warm, cozy, & inviting. It's worth noting that Nordik isn't the most budget-friendly brunch option, but the quality, ambiance, & attention to detail make it feel well worth the price. We'll definitely be back - a great experience all around!
Excellent coffee! Ordered several dishes which we highly recommend "Steak & Egg". The steak was medium cooked, very juicy & tender. The fried egg was quite a surprise while their baked potatoes were delicious too! Attentive service was another highlight, they made us feel welcome to the cafe! A spot with good vibes, food & coffee. 👍
The OBLT & the Cassolette jambon are amazing. Different coffee beans are used for different types of coffee. The staffs are friendly & the chef seems very professional
Having heard many good reviews, I decided to have a breakfast here with my daughter. The cafe is nice inside, lots of light, nice atmosphere with cozy tables. The coffee & hot chocolate were good, but the food is just ok, I expected better. Eggs were overcooked & tasteless, potato (baked) is soft, but tasteless as well, grilled bread was burned & hard. The kid's order was brought on a plate with a big noticeable chip on it with sharp edge; I had to ask the waitress for every little thing (napkins, sugar, salt). The food was cooked fast, though, we didn't have to wait long.
This coffee shop is a beautiful & unique place!! Highly recommended for any reason quick coffee, brunch & the service is impeccable. Best place on the north shore. Very accommodating for any food restrictions. Thank you for having us will definitely go back again & again!!

Unfortunately, I cannot say that we had the best experience today. We came because my friend had come before & said it was the best breakfast ever! & unfortunately we were both surprised by the food. If you look at my picture it's obviously been moved around. But the potatoes were burnt & squashed & not tasty at all (lacking spice) , the toast was dry & burnt, the egg was dry despite the fact that it was sunny side up. My friend got the brioche which was dry as chips would be. We mentioned it to the waitress when she asked if we liked everything ... we said well it is rather burnt & dry & she said it goes in the oven that's why. But since we left, I looked at all the pictures in other reviews & our meal today looked nothing like the pictures online, nor like the picture of the food my friend got, the first time she had gone. Anyhow. It is what it is. Maybe it was a different cook or we just got the leftovers ( but it was 9 am) I'm not sure I would risk returning... oh & finally I got the Americano coffee which was ok. But nothing to write home about. I'll have to try their specialty coffees to make an actual judgment on that.
Nordik Café was my safe space for last 2 weeks. They have lovely staff, cozy space & awesome coffee + healthy food. They import & roast coffee directly on site. Their smoothly bowl reminded me açai bowl I love so much from Hawaii... ❤️🌺 What else can you ask ? It's just awesome !
