The sashimi & sushi are truly fresh & delicious. The sashimi isn't dry at all-it's plump, juicy, & perfectly textured.
The truffle mazemen has a rich, deep flavor. It's not greasy, & the truffle aroma really shines through. A must-try.
The staff are friendly, & the interior design is stylish & well thought out.
Highly recommended.
Amazing !!!! The sashimi was so fresh , it melts in your mouth . My favorite was the grilled squid , grilled right & seasoned to perfection . The restaurant is small, cozy & pretty .
Sashimi are very fresh & delicious.
High quality.
Portion could be a bit more generous for the price point.
Resto is such a good vibe. Their raw fish are the best I've had in North America. Servers are all super chill & friendly. Highly recommend their Sashimi Moriawase & lamb skewers.
The place is charming, clean, & modern, with warm dim lighting & good music.
The staff were kind & efficient.
The food is original, complex, & flavorful. (I recommend the duck tataki as a starter-perfect for foie gras lovers-& the black truffle maki, along with other creative sushi pairings & delicious sashimi.)
The wonderful owner is often present, guiding guests with wine or sake pairings & helping with dessert choices, all infused with the French-Japanese fusion spirit.
Overall: excellent Japanese fusion cuisine, a great location, & efficient, attentive staff.
The foie gras sushi was absolutely fantastic. I never imagined the blend of sashimi, kimbap & foie gras could compliment each other so well. A must try. The sashimi was also very fresh. I also enjoyed their take on the black cod skewers!! Will definitely visit again
