Came here to celebrate a birthday & the server brought out a complimentary dessert. We ordered escargot, the prawn linguine, the rack of lamb & the crème brûlée. Would highly recommend eating here. Live jazz was playing as well. Always a great time at Modavie, this is our 4th time dining here

My husband & I were in Montréal celebrating my 50th & we were blessed to meet Lorenzo who took phenomenal care of us. He was such a kindred soul who added to our overall experience. The food & the drinks were amazing. Thank you for the special treatment!

Very unique brunch experience. The duck waffle was something special, & the croque madame with lamb was insanely tasty - I honestly can't even decide which one I liked more. Beautiful atmosphere, live music, & such a nice attentive staff. Definitely a place worth coming back to!!

Well, the food is amazing. Just 10/10, but the service is quite poor. I had a reservation but upon arrival I was told by the girl at front desk that there was no seat available & I was asked to come back later. I spoke to someone else & was able to get a seat within a few minutes, which just shows either their internal inconsistency or perhaps the first person that I spoke to was being racist. Anyway, I was being put in the corner & nobody came to take my order until about 15 minutes later. When I was trying to pay, I had to follow up 3 times just to get the check. Honestly, despite the good food quality, I cannot see myself coming back due to the service quality
