Nous avons fait un iftar ici. L'ambiance était agréable & le service bon, mais la nourriture laisse vraiment à désirer. Les plats n'étaient pas bons, & le dessert encore moins. Pour 65 $ par personne, le prix est vraiment exagéré pour ce qui est offert.

We were a group of 19 people for Iftar dinner. Very good food & service. Miriam was very accommodating.
Food was excellent- dates, soup, fattoush salad, rice, shawarma, arrayes kefta, a date drink, dessert. Very nice experience in a beautiful restaurant.
The staff are very kind. The food is delicious. I've been ordering for a long time from them & it almost never disappoints. The Iftar meals are also very nice. Thank you to the team Mirage & their kindness!
Bad service par telephone i wanted to reserve a table he asked me to call tomorrow instead I said why tomorrow! I told him I want table for two for next weekend he said no only group table , du n importe quoi & j ai appeler une semaine d avance
We went as a group to their iftar buffet on Saturday. The food & desserts were great! The atmosphere was cozy & the staff were very attentive & welcoming. I definitely recommend Mirage to anyone who has the chance to visit them.
I don't usually write reviews but I tought this might be necessary. Food used to be so good here & the portions would also be appropriate.The portions seems to have been reduced & customer service was the WORST.I understand it was packed but after taking our order we had to wait a long time (fasting) & had already reserved a spot.when we did get the food it wasn't the rice I asked for ( that is on the menu & that I got last time) We didn't eat the plain white rice since we never eat it because of taste preference.We then had to wait 30 more minutes for our rice to come & when it did our chicken was cold which is understandable, but we had to ask for our drink because we were waiting for 30 minutes with no drinks..They then wanted to charge me for the rice that they brought after even tho I had not eaten their white rice? I had to speak up & let them know This shouldn't be an extra because it was not my fault. I guess they realized their mistakes by not giving the option to tip. First pic is before second pic is now Anyways It's sad to know that such a good & tasty restaurant I used to love has come this far ..

Nous avons visité ce restaurant ce soir pour l'iftar.
Malheureusement, l'expérience était décevante.
Le buffet a été ouvert avec environ 25 minutes de retard, & la soupe est arrivée 15 minutes après l'heure de l'iftar.
Les dattes sont arrivées après la soupe, alors que normalement elles devraient être servies en même temps.
La majorité des plats étaient froids (kebbé, fate, ailes de poulet, nuggets, etc.), & nous avons même vu qu'ils ajoutaient de l'huile sur les pâtisseries pour leur donner l'air frais, mais elles étaient toujours froides.
Après une journée de jeûne, c'est très frustrant d'attendre longtemps & de recevoir un service lent, surtout qu'il y avait beaucoup d'employés.
C'est dommage, car le concept est bon, mais le service & la qualité doivent vraiment être améliorés.
We visited this spot on valentines & while it was super cute, we thought it was a little bit overpriced. We tried to get the staff's attention to pay the bill, but felt like they were too busy talking to each other to notice. It's definitely worth trying, but with the caveat that it might just be mid.

Je souhaite vous faire part de mon expérience récente dans votre restaurant Mirage. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas été satisfaite du service.
Tout d'abord, un des serveurs parlait uniquement anglais, ce qui a rendu la communication plus difficile. Il n'a pas bien nettoyé notre table & a voulu nous servir les desserts avant même de la nettoyer correctement.
De plus, il semblait totalement indifférent à la situation. Il nous a apporté un plat que je n'avais pas commandé. Au lieu de s'excuser & de proposer de corriger l'erreur en apportant le bon plat, il est simplement parti sans donner d'explication. Son attitude donnait l'impression qu'il ne se souciait pas du tout de notre expérience.
Par ailleurs, une employée semblait peu attentive aux clients. Elle restait principalement à la caisse ou allait dans la cuisine, & passait du temps à discuter avec ses collègues au lieu de s'occuper du service en salle.
Je vous partage ces commentaires dans l'espoir que cela puisse vous aider à améliorer la qualité du service
Sinon la nourriture était excellente & le jeune serveur qui parlais français était bon
Food was good & the Moroccan tea hit the spot. The rice pudding was a pleasant surprise! It just looked like tapioca covered with coconut but I can't explain the texture or flavors. It's a sweet, creamy aldente rice pudding covered in cotton candy. It was delightful.
An amazing place with a very welcoming & cozy vibe. The food was excellent & the service was flawless. We felt right at home. Will definitely come back!
Really enjoyed the cozy & relaxing vibes here, the interior design is very Damascus style while it's mixed Syrian & Lebanese cuisine. Hidden species from Syrian Aleppo's cuisine, which I only found it here. The dose of salt was controlled I was amazed by that, most Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine in Montreal were a bit over salty & sometimes oily. Here the dishes are fresh & light, but also proper flavored. Proportion of sauces are not huge, but salad is in generous quantity. Service is superior, efficient & friendly. They took feedback from customer & responded it quickly. As I complained the proportion of my lemonana was small they offered me another cup, I felt a bit awkward as our table brother immediately offered that. Variety of kebab & other meat dishes like sandwiches are also impressive. Kebab was dry & lean, which was totally my preference. In conclusion, highly recommended!
The restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience overall, with a comfortable atmosphere & well-prepared food. Service was organized & timely, & the staff maintained a professional approach throughout the visit.
Ali, in particular, stood out for his friendly & welcoming manner. He greeted us politely, explained menu options clearly, & checked in during the meal to ensure everything was satisfactory. His approach was attentive without being overbearing, which contributed positively to the overall experience.
The food arrived on time & met expectations in terms of presentation & taste. The environment was calm & suitable for both casual & relaxed dining.
Overall, the experience was satisfactory, with Ali's courteous service adding a positive touch to the visit.
