Les chaises étaient détériorées, il y avait du désordre avec des boîtes à l'avant. De plus, la personne à l'accueil a servi les personnes de son ethnie avec de l'eau & d'autres attentions, alors que nous avons dû demander nous-mêmes qu'on nous apporte de l'eau. De la même façon, elle n'a apporté qu'une seule assiette alors que nous en avions clairement demandé deux. Lorsque nous avons clarifié la situation avec elle, elle ne s'est même pas excusée.
We went there last night & had a great experience. The food was delicious, & the service was excellent. We were served by a girl who was incredibly kind, welcoming, & professional. Her customer service was honestly 100%. We really appreciated her positive attitude & hospitality. Highly recommended resto!
One of the best Arabic restaurants I've tried in Montreal. The food was fresh, flavorful, authentic, & fully halal. The mixed grill & appetizers were amazing, the portions are generous, & the atmosphere is beautiful. The service was super welcoming & professional, & everything came quickly. Definitely a place I'd come back to with family & friends

Added to the'never again' list. Don't waste your money , very overrated & not worth it at all. You can find much better Middle Eastern food for a better price

restaurant was very clean & organized all worker were very helpful & friendly food was great but kebab was a bit dry & cold also rice was warm over all customer service covered the problem of food

I cannot say enough good things about their business, their professionalism & their care. They really took care of our guests, our families. They went above & beyond. & this isn't even related to the food yet.
They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They give you confidence for your event, & they DELIVER with exceeding colours. Seriously, if you have any type of doubt, just pass by their restaurant, the food will speak for itself but the service & the staff will remove any type of doubt or worry that you could have.
The day of the event, they went seriously above all expectations, they presented the food with such style as well. The set up was ART within itself. The food was absolutely delicious. The quantities were generous.

Had dinner today the service was very off. The food was also not very warm. Poor service & there was only server attending all the tables. Our drinks reached late when we were done eating.
C'était une très belle expérience. Le personnel était souriant & le service de qualité. L'ambiance & l'atmosphère du restaurant étaient vraiment agréables. Nous avons goûté le poulet Fettah ainsi que le mix grill, & c'était absolument délicieux. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.
