Beaucoup trop cher pour du pain, même s'il est de qualité: 6$ pour une baguette! (En général c'est autour de 3,50 dans les bonnes boulangeries artisanales). Aussi je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils n'ont pas de trancheuse à pain.

Just moved back from Toronto where we had the best ever sourdough bakery (Black Bird) & we're hoping we could get something close enough. I was very excited to discover Miette which is a stone throw from our new place not only taste just as good but the density of the bread slightly better than BB. I'm not overly upset about the non slicing. Imperfect slices makes it more authentic & artsy sandwiches:-) This bread is A M A Z I N G!!! Staff was friendly when I went so my experience thus far is good on that regard. I wish they opened their doors at 6 am though but that's my only not even a negative. Grateful to have this place in our neighborhood.
Le pain est absolument délicieux! Mes préférés: le cannelle raisin, le Khorosan & la baguette. Les pains sont denses, nourrissants & d'une qualité exemplaire. En plus l'accueil est vraiment sympathique!
belle ambiance, mais très dispendieux pour un seul pain... 12.50$ !! j ai tenté l expérience pour valider. Il est bon.. toutefois ; trop sucre a mon goût...
Great bread. As others noted, I don't understand the no slicing policy. At this price point it should be an option to those who want it sliced at the time of purchase. Doing it at home just doesn't come out the same! Also they run out quickly, I came to the store twice & at 1 pm they were out of the Olive walnut...
From the moment you enter this boulangerie, you know that you will be eating the best bread in Montreal. They also offer daily specials/sandwiches to be enjoyed at the tables in front or walk to the canal & enjoy a picnic. I had the tuna sandwich & it was decadent. Also purchased the nut & olive bread, all breads are sourdough bread & very high quality ingredients. A must if in the neighborhood!
