Review Summary

Miette Boulangerie is widely recognized for producing some of the highest quality sourdough bread in Montreal, with many customers praising the texture and freshness of their various baked goods, including focaccia and pastries. While the artisanal quality and shop atmosphere often receive high marks, opinions on the overall experience are mixed due to the premium price points, occasional inconsistencies in bread structure, and service policies that some find rigid or lacking in warmth. Although the flavor and craftsmanship earn significant acclaim, some visitors suggest that the value proposition is debatable compared to other local options, and others note that certain menu items, such as sandwiches, occasionally suffer from ingredient imbalances or structural issues.

I also am seeing a difference in consistency as the bread is burnt on the bottom...I have had this experience the last 2 times I have gone there with the Raisin & Classic Sourdoughs.

Stopped by Miette Boulangerie & was impressed by both the shop & the selection. The space is beautiful, clean, & inviting, with shelves full of fresh breads baked throughout the day.

There's a great variety to choose from, whether you're looking for a classic loaf, baguette, or something a little different. Everything looked fresh & made with care.

A wonderful neighborhood bakery with quality products & a welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back & trying more of their breads. 🥖🥐
