Afficher toutpasta(90) salad(60) italian(58) recommend(54) burrata(54) pesto(48) vibe(36) caesar(34) bar(33) focaccia(32) caesar salad(29) drink(27)It's the 4th time I go but unfortunately every time I like it less. The pesto pasta is inconsistent. Last time, I wouldn't call it al dente it was uncooked. The waitresses were clogged up at the station on the terasse bashing the different clients right next to us it was so unprofessional. What shocked us: After our waitress left us the dessert menu we were discussing between ourselves for a few minutes what desserts we would like & she came out of the blue & rudely told us that nothing bad will happen to us whether we order one or another & that it wouldn't cause the end of the world. It wasn't nice & we felt bad...& we were nice to her all through our supper!
My partner & I had five dishes here-- three starters, a pasta, & a meat/main. The starters were really nice, including a carpaccio that was really wonderful. The meal went downhill with pasta that was undercooked (not al dente, but taken from the water before it was done) & with prosciutto that tasted like fish. The sausage dish we had tasted rotten to my partner & she could not eat it. I thought it was OK, but not interesting. Beans that came with it were undercooked. Cocktails were very good. Service was friendly, but I do not believe there is a table in this place where you will not be spending a bunch of time with some server's backside.
Thomas & Adam made our night! We were sat right in front of the dessert bar, got to enjoy the views of food being prepped & made. The manager was also very friendly. Overall the food & the atmosphere was impeccable! Definitely get the bolognese or pesto pasta!
We had the Burrata & the Spaghetti al Pesto & the Curdo di Branzino; I loved the Branzino & really enjoyed the Burrata, the pasta was a little sour for me tho. My partner however loooved the pasta as he has a "sour tooth", but we both agreed that the Branzino is a must try! Oh & the olives were really delicious too! The tiramisu was also decent, & the drinks were good
Real tast of Italy 🇮🇹. Freshly made pasta & spaghetti 🍝 everything on the menu was delicious. Try it all!
Great seasonal food, nice ambiance & service, we had a lovely waitress Emma , made it such a nice experience for us 🤍 we will be back to try more dishes ! Highly recommend the Caesar salad + the prosciutto pasta
Great food! I found the focaccia to be on the colder side/hard to bite into (unlike what most reviews say!!). Pasta was delicous ! Service could be improved. Felt very rushed/cold. Would definitely give it a second try though!
Mano Cornuto is an Italian haven! Their in-house fresh pasta is simply exceptional, embodying the rich, delicious flavors of Italy in every bite. The moment you step in, you're greeted by a warm, rustic atmosphere that perfectly complements the dishes. The pasta is perfectly cooked, with sauces that are incredibly rich & flavorful. From classic marinara to unique regional specialties, each dish tells a story of tradition & passion. The staff is attentive & friendly, making it a thoroughly delightful dining experience. If you're searching for authentic Italian cuisine, this is the place to go!
It's safer to make a reservation before you go. We went for lunch & was seated right away. It wasn't busy at 11:30am which we really liked. We were sat at the bar coz we were two people. We ordered their famous pistachio burrata & it was fantastic!! Burrata was so moist & soft but a bit chewy as well👍🏼 the artichoke pistachio pesto was amazing too. Focaccia that came with the burrata was really good too. Next, the classico sandwich was delicious too with sweet honey & some cream that was soo goood. Nothing bad about it! It was a great choice. However the basil pesto pasta was a bit of disappointment. My husband liked it but it was too salty or should i say i felt like drinking pickle juice. My tongue felt like covered in vinegar & salt. But it was the lemon in the pesto. I couldnt continue eating more than 3 forks. Last, we got their tiramisu & the lemon jest on top added an excellent taste to the dessert. Loved it! (We were just tooooo full to fully enjoy the tiramisu tho. *sad*) Overall, their oj, macchiato, food, everything was great! Will be back again🩷
Delicious Italian food! Always enjoy visiting here; however, it's hard to get a table & most seating is bar seating. But it's still worth it to grab a quick dinner. The cesear salad & pesto pasta are incredible...
I had the burrata & the fish as an entree which were very good. Their pesto tastes incredible. However, it took so long for the burrata to come. We were told that we only had one hour & a half at our table, & the entrees itself took nearly 30 minutes to come. I had the pesto spaghetti, but I fear it was undercooked. It was hard to chew & it was just unpleasant. Also the pasta took quite a while to come - I would have expected it to be properly cooked. Along with a cocktail, I was left with a bill of 52$.
Excellent Italian food! Everything was delicious! We ordered the pasta bolognese, pasta puttanesca, braised lamb steak, focaccia, & ceasar salad. The dish to definitely try is there bass fish. The restaurant has a good ambience & the server was really kind & explained the menu to us. I recommend reserving in advance because the restaurant gets full quickly. This was one of the best dinner we had in Montreal.
Best fresh pasta in town. Nothing fancy . Old school like Nonna makes it
Delicious pasta - tastes very fresh. Indoors, it was quite crowded on a Monday during lunchtime. We were seated outside next to the street, which was a calmer sitting place. Pleasant experience, good service.
It's an absolute pleasure to eat at Mano Cornuto. They offer a simple menu, yet everything is cooked with high-quality ingredients. Try going there alone with a book, grab a Peroni & a bowl of pasta, & you're all set. Such a delightful experience!
Had a lunch meeting & place was booked solid so got two seats at the counter. Very nice service & pasta dish was great. Above average prices & smaller dishes, but that's what you pay for quality
Good Italian food in Montreal definitely made with love, pasta are delicious 😋, baby octopus lentils was delicious & tiramisu is divine, the music was so loud I couldn’t hear my friends 😬
One unique aspect of this restaurant was that they prepared the pasta right in front of you, which added an interesting touch to the meal. The burrata with pistachios & in a purée of pistachio & artichoke was good; it had a blend of flavors. However, the Campanelle alla Bolognese wasn't anything spectacular & didn't leave a lasting impression but it wasn’t bad by any means.
The ambiance of the restaurant was quite lively, but be prepared for a bit of warmth due to the open cooking area & limited ventilation. It's worth noting that there can be some waiting lines, so making a reservation might be a good idea if you want to give it a try.
