One of the best pastries shops in Montreal. Their O mon dieu is to die for, if you like chocolate & croissant, you must order it! It used to be a cosy & more of a bakery feel to it, now it feels more upscale & like those self service shops instead, which I did not like tbh. There used to be a cozy seating area upstairs, now it's gone. Too bad you now have to buy your pastries & find a place outside to enjoy them. It used to combine deliciousness & comfort, now it's just deliciousness.

Amazing & friendly staff! Their pastries are delicious. The croissant nutella is 10/10. I can't wait to go back & get more.

Was a huge fan of Mamie Clafoutis before it became this sterilized shell of instagrammable designs. Self-service like a grocery store, & the galls to ask for a tip at check-out. Food was fine, but nothing like it was. Neighborhood bakery definitely gone.

La qualité est bonne. Mais les prix, je ne comprendrai jamais. 14,38$ pour un petit sandwich ciabatta au poulet… garni à moitié. Même l'aéroport est moins cher pour les sandwichs.

Self-served bakery with great variety of freshly baked croissants & bread. They'd toast them for you if asked.

We got classic croissant, oh mon dieu, chocolatine, olive bread & croissantella. The croissant variety were all super flaky, buttery & perfectly fluffy on the inside. The croissantella takes the cake though. Even not toasted it was super flaky.

10/10 would recommend. There's no seating inside but there's a park nearby to sit & enjoy the baked goods.

Amazing croissants & friendly staff! They have a wide variety of breads & pastries, & everything looked so good! The only thing I'd say is that I wish there had been a little more space to sit & eat. That said, I really enjoyed choosing from all the lovely pastries!

Très mauvaise expérience.

Je suis cliente de cette boulangerie depuis des années, mais après le service que j'ai reçu aujourd'hui, je n'y remettrai plus les pieds.

J'ai simplement appelé pour obtenir des informations sur les saveurs de tartes disponibles & les formats. La commis m'a répondu d'un ton sec & impatient. Au moment où j'allais lui poser une autre question, elle m'a coupée pour me dire qu'elle ne répéterait pas les saveurs offertes… alors que ce n'était même pas ce que j'allais demander! Je voulais tout simplement savoir si les tartes étaient surgelées ou fraîches du jour.

Je comprends qu'il puisse y avoir des journées occupées, mais être impolie avec les clients est inacceptable. Répondre aux questions fait partie du service à la clientèle. Si donner des renseignements sur les produits dérange à ce point, il y a un sérieux problème. Il faudrait changer d'emplois.

C'est vraiment dommage, car les produits sont bons, mais un service aussi désagréable gâche complètement l'expérience. Une cliente fidèle de moins.
