Best Pakistani food! The tea is exceptional, perfectly complemented by delicious, masala fries. It's a comfortable spot to unwind & savor a tasty treat. Thanks Vishali for being such a wonderful host.
Great little spot for a nice tradition feeling . The chai is way to light tasting & way to expensive for what you get . Atmosphere is nice & staff is super friendly
Really great Indian street food "chowpatti". The resto is Kashmiri (part in India, part in Pakistan), so there's a good mix of veg & non-veg, along with Kashmiri specialities like tea & desserts. I highly recommend the butter chicken poutine, great flavor, tasty sauce, good portions.
Delicious food, very friendly, helpful staff! After ordering at the counter, our food came out quickly, & everything was very good. The kashmiri chai was excellent, & the butter paneer & fish pakora were wonderful. We will be back!
first experience at chaishai was good. The place its beautifully decorated & the food was tasty & well plated. They have Best Kashmiri chai. However, the food is expensive for the portions you get:(
The ambience is very beautiful .All the recipes here are all tasty .People are really friendly & sweet . Try all the menu taste is really amazing. But try to visit this restaurant looking at the interior it feels elegant.

I went to ChaiShai today just to try out some snacks & the Dahi Puri was absolutely delicious, the presentation & taste was amazing. I also tried Kashmiri Chai for the first time & it was great. The staff is extremely polite, respectful & always talk to customers with a pleasent smile. My experience was made even better by Vaishali as she was very professional, polite & respectful at the same time.
Food was good. but portion size to price ratio was not. I've had about double the portion size at other Indian restaurants for the same price with relatively same quality dishes. If you really want Indian but don't want to do too far away from downtown then this is the spot. But if you can drive somewhere further I suggest you try a different spot.

Staff are very kind & accommodating. They do take reservations. For people you are not used to it you need to go to the cash to make your orders, not an issue for me or my party. The Masala Chai was very smooth, I highly recommend it. I had the Haryali Chicken a bit spicy but great!
