Le repas fut excellent. Le service moins. Je crois que le manque de personnel a affecté le service. La barmaid ne suffisait pas à servir le bar & notre table. Endroit sympathique. A refaire lorsque le service sera amélioré

As a chef & restaurateur I was extremely impressed!! From our kind & very professional service to our very timely & well presented dishes. The flavours were bang on. The crispy crunch of our brûléed sugar topping from our very creamy & smooth foie Gras was great. Tender duck confit taco's & our Bavette steak was perfectly cooked. Lamb was fabulous. To finish off with the very delicate ricotta filled doughnuts, smothered in a very smooth caramel. All extremely delicious. The restaurant feels very chalet like with the modern fusion flare. We loved the whole experience. Thank you & Merci Maestro.
