Dec 18 at the pointe Claire Madame Poulet , it was our first time visiting . Wow what nice restaurant & Mohamed was super kind & patient with us ! He went through all our options. The restaurant & bathrooms was super clean. We will be back ! 🩷

Pros: the chicken was fresh & good, the server was friendly & & atmosphere was spacious.
Cons: the fries were undercooked (hard potatoes) but mostly unbelievably slow service, to the point it's disrespectful of your time. I was the only one in line & waited 25 minutes for 2 chicken strips.. Even though I was the only one, I waited 5 minutes to order while the server was on the phone (my order only took 20 seconds..she should have put the person on hold to prioritize present customers). They have one person in front to accommodate: people who walk in, clean & wait on tables, prepare the pickup bags & answer the phones.. there's a lot of waiting around.. there's only one cook in the back who takes her time. I was told they ran out of chicken so she went to make more.. shouldnt there be a second person doing that while another prepares the meals?

You have to come here! Best Madame Poulet in the Island by far!! The customer service it's amazing specially Mohammed's attentions & kindness. Came with my mom & dad (71 & 72) & he treated them like Royalty. Thank you Mohamed.

en arrivant j'ai été reçu a? la caisse en anglais seulement par l'employé. Je suis parti directement.
Concernant madame poulet plus globalement:
Pourquoi on dirait que cest si compliqué pour l'entreprise madame poulet, de faire de la publicité sur insta dans la seule langue officielle du Québec ? Parce que d'apres ce que je sais, absolument tous les restos madame poulet sont au Québec (Montréal (x3), Blainville, Terrebonne, laval, chateauguay). & même si on est au Québec & que les publications du compte insta s'adressent a? une population se trouvant au québec, la majorité des publications faites en ligne (donc des publicités a? but commercial) sont en anglais seulement. Pareil pour les story. Cest pas un peu un manque de respect & de considération envers la clientèle francophone & envers la population québécoise en général? Ne pensez vous pas que les québécois méritent de pouvoir consommer, au Québec, des biens & services dans leur langue sans se voir imposer l'anglais par des entreprises? Surtout que madame poulet c'est québécois en plus. Cest encore plus décevant. Donc sachant que votre entreprise se trouve au Québec & qu'elle s'adresse a? une population québécoise, faire la majorité de vos publicite?s en anglais seulement, en ligne, cest a? mon sens pas très digne d'une compagnie suppose?e être québécoise & qui pretend servir la population du Québec. Pu capable des entreprises a? Montréal qui ne respectent aucunement le français & qui operent en anglais. Y'en a encore beaucoup trop même en 2025. Pour finir, je tiens a? vous dire que la seule langue officielle du Québec cest le français & même si ça vous plait pas, vous avez l'obligation morale & légale de la respecter.

Delicious food! Great staff! Our first time here & we were welcomed with smiles & free brownies! Marie is so helpful & kind & made us feel immediately at home! Will definitely be coming here again!

So actually this place is getting a zero stars from me & I came from a lavel to come & try this place because the one in Laval had bad reviews. I ordered the tomachulk. I'm not posting any pictures of the food but the chicken was not cooked at all. The sad thing is that they try to tell me it was the seasoning in the chicken. Very disappointed with this place actually right now was looking forward to it. My guess is we can't really buy chicken fried chicken in particular from any restaurants anymo

I cannot say enough positive things about Madame Poulet. We had our son's bday celebration over the weekend & the staff was so very welcoming, kind & simply amazing! They even decorated the room for us & had candles & sparkles for our cake! There was a Television in the room which was a nice background distraction. The food was very good & one of our guests ordered an additional to-go plate... the chicken is really delicious- lightly battered & crispy. We will definitely be coming back & will spread the word on the wonderful customer service & great tasting food. Thank You, Madame Poulet, Pointe-Claire. You're #1 in our books!

Hello There, went to this restaurant today for lunch & i was looking forward to having their Tomacluck special. When I arrived they told me it was no longer available, they said to come back another time. Very disappointed since you are a chicken establishment. I travelled about 15 minutes to come specifically for that menu option.
