Dans l ensemble, l endroit est perçu comme l un des meilleurs poulets frits de la ville, avec un poulet savoureux, des sauces originales et un rapport qualité prix favorable, et l envie de revenir est largement exprimée.
This fried chicken location is new to the West Island (open about two weeks ago) & newest Madam Poulet restaurant. Their variety of fried chicken sandwiches is said to be their signature dish according to their loyal followers.
So that is the meal I decided to try out. The sandwich itself had a very sizeable, crunchy, crispy crust. The sandwich was juicy & tasty. I wish they would add a little bit more condiments but in general, it was a very good sandwich. In addition, the waffles fries were crispy as well.
The restaurant had very good & friendly service. Decor is modern & extremely clean. Bright lights & high ceilings create a nice open feel though I believe it's mainly to dissipate the fried odour from the cooking.
Prices are reasonable & they have table service after you order at the counter. There's even two self ordering stations beside the counter but they weren't operational when I visited. Seating is about 50. Plenty of parking. Would recommend for chicken sandwich enthusiasts in the West Island.
Update: Returned to MP for lunch & had the MP Chou burger & it was still delicious.

my first time being in this location & it must visit with friends & family, the food & the service provided by the lovely Zahra was excellent & insightful, she recommend the right meal for your taste, definitely worth your money & time :)
Finally tried Madame Poulet & I have to say we were not disappointed. It was a pleasant experience from the service, to the ambiance & food. Zahra our server was amazing, i absolutely love the MP sauce she recommended. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.
Had a great experience at Madame Poulet. Very clean establishment. The chicken tenders were moist & crispy. Marie provide very friendly service. Highly recommend. I even bought take out to bring home for the kids after.
Amazing food, service & ambiance! Had the Tomacluck & BLT combos. Everything was delicious! Chicken was crispy, not too oily, Mac & cheese was flavorful, onion rings were crunchy & well seasoned, & the BLT was super filling. Had leftovers for another meal.
The place is newly renovated & clean. The staff is attentive & even checked on us during our meal. They even helped pack up everything neatly in a takeaway bag & brought it back to our table. Definitely recommend!
J'ai essayé Madame Poulet &, en général, c'était très bon ! Le poulet était croustillant & bien cuit, même s'il manquait un tout petit peu de saveur à mon goût. Les frites étaient bonnes aussi, mais la portion était vraiment petite.
À part ces petits détails, j'ai apprécié mon repas & je recommande si vous aimez le poulet frit !

I couldn't believe everything on the menu is under 20$ even including trios! The Tomacluck was my favourite, so tender & juicy, & very well paired with the MP classique dipping! The spot is well lit & big, very nice vibes & nice staff, plenty of parking, highly recommend!
