Le cadre est propre, lumineux et spacieux, adapté pour un repas rapide ou en famille, avec des espaces pouvant accueillir des réunions privées ou un coin jeux pour les enfants. Le service est régulièrement salué pour sa cordialité et son efficacité, le personnel étant attentif, expliquant le menu et proposant des conseils. Des retours mentionnent aussi des périodes d attente en cas d affluence et quelques petits couacs comme des oublis de sauce ou des frites parfois un peu cuites, mais ces points restent minoritaires par rapport a la qualité globale. Dans l ensemble, l endroit est perçu comme l un des meilleurs poulets frits de la ville, avec un poulet savoureux, des sauces originales et un rapport qualité prix favorable, et l envie de revenir est largement exprimée.
While the food tasted good, i ordered a large poutine (extra $) & the portions were very little. For $25 you would expect a bit more food for that price. There wasn't enough fries at all, the plate was 3/4 full. Not worth it for the price you pay. Also, they offer a'free burger' as a promo through their website, but once you put in the code, it doesn't work.
I'm a big fan of fried chicken burgers & will almost always order them & the burger here was actually really good. The employees are also so nice, & the restaurant itself is really nice but the food is definitely the highlight

Went there for free burgers with bf & brother, they let us know when we arrived that we needed a 5$ minimum to get them. So in the end we payed around 7-8$ each for FRIES by the way. As soon as we were all home, all of us got sick with food poisoning symptoms (vomiting, bowel issues, stomach pain, etc) & the burgers were soggy & undercooked. Never coming back, we're all in pain & we're all fasting so we're sure it's not from anywhere else.
First off, I want to start by saying that the staff is superb, so friendly & accommodating, from the cashier to the cook to the manager! The restaurant is clean, I know it's new but you can see that they are keeping it well maintained. Now to the food, I had a classic chicken burger with onion rings & it was fantastic. The chicken was crispy & flavorful, it had the right amount of toppings, it all came together perfectly. The Onion rings I had on the side were also cooked just the way I like them. It was a very good experience & I'll be going back for sure. Give it a try, I'm sure you'll love it.

This fried chicken location is new to the West Island (open about two weeks ago) & newest Madam Poulet restaurant. Their variety of fried chicken sandwiches is said to be their signature dish according to their loyal followers.
So that is the meal I decided to try out. The sandwich itself had a very sizeable, crunchy, crispy crust. The sandwich was juicy & tasty. I wish they would add a little bit more condiments but in general, it was a very good sandwich. In addition, the waffles fries were crispy as well.
The restaurant had very good & friendly service. Decor is modern & extremely clean. Bright lights & high ceilings create a nice open feel though I believe it's mainly to dissipate the fried odour from the cooking.
Prices are reasonable & they have table service after you order at the counter. There's even two self ordering stations beside the counter but they weren't operational when I visited. Seating is about 50. Plenty of parking. Would recommend for chicken sandwich enthusiasts in the West Island.
Update: Returned to MP for lunch & had the MP Chou burger & it was still delicious.

This is just for the chicken burgers a lone. I'm giving it 2/5 just because I tried their 3 different chicken burgers & came to the same conclusion. Here is my honest opinion.
- It is worst than Poppey's or ChicFilA?
- It is over priced
- After eating you feel like you ate at BellePros.
- The fries & rings are good but super greasy.
In conclusion, I know you're over paying for what it's worth. $23 for a chicken burger with fries with no drinks.
Milena served us & was really kind & informative of the products. She even went out of her way to check in & see how everything was going 🥰 can't wait to try every burger on the menu!

As I received this message to get a free junior burger like it states. The reception informed me it's no more valid & pursued to call her manager for clarification. Her manager ended up getting mad at herself because her management team didn't correctly message the promotion & it was buy something for 3.99 & get a free burger not like it states in the message sent & taking out her anger out on me saying I'm too broke to afford a 10$ burger & it rly frustrated me as I was just there passing by coincidentally for a free burger. February 28th 2026. The manager does not know how to deal with her customers.
It was a very nice lunch, Mohammad was super professional & explained us all the details in the menu. The food was really good, I got Piri piri burger it was perfect.

My favourite fried chicken im the whole city of Montreal. The bigger sized burgers are so filling & the mp sauce was delicious. Their cookies are also awesome. The place is also spacious & super clean. Prices are really reasonable as well.(Also halal!!)
J'ai adoré mon burger buffalo avec de très bon oignons rings! Mon ami a pris la poutine buffalo & à part une légère déception que le fromage en grain était froid, un coup réchauffé par la sauce c'était très bon & immense portion!
La femme qui a pris notre commande était très gentille & nous expliquait bien les options! Le restaurant est lumineux & très beau. Le poulet est super croustillant & frais!

The MP Chou burger was delicious but the service left a bitter taste in my mouth.
I called for a pick up order & immediately I could tell the lady on the phone was lost. Not only that, she was interrupting me & she sounded annoyed during the whole call.
I asked her if I could get a bbq sauce on the side with my order, to which she said yes. When I went to pick it up, I asked her if she had packed the sauce, to which she also said yes. Of course when I got home & opened the bag, the sauce wasn't there, even though I got charged for it.
A missing sauce is not the end of the world, & the food was actually really good, but the attitude & lack of manners stained my experience.
Chicken has too much batter & wasn't freshly fried, but rather reheated. Waffle fries are good though. Burgers are huge. Get the small if you don't want to fight for each bite.
