The chicken had great seasoning & waffles fries was crunchy. The recommended sauce had a nice touch with the chicken. The only thing that took a bit of time was the cookie. Well at least it was freshly baked.

Ordered a Buffalo Burger. It comes with 2 tenders, red cabbage slaw & Buffalo sauce. First of all, the chicken tenders lack flavor. Second of all, they put the Buffalo sauce on top of the tenders which, combined with the juicy slaw, soaks the bread & makes eating the burger impossible without a fork & knife. I understand the burgers are messy, but this is too much. Also, I found it pricey for what you're getting. For the same amount, you're getting a proper meal at the restaurant next door or at any other sit-in restaurants in the area. Service & ambiance were OK. Restaurant is clean. Would I recommend it? Not really. Would I be a Madame Poulet customer in the future? Unless I have no other choice, no.

First time trying Madame Poulet yesterday as was in the area! To start AC not working & they had a small portable AC trying to cool the restaurant not happening when your kitchen is not in closed so all the hot air from the kitchen is still coming into where you sit! The girl was no very helpful can mixing up what sauces they had & what they didn't have so we couldn't get what we wanted! Get our food & drinks & the drinks are warm! Sorry the drink fridge isn't working properly! My chicken wrap has hardly any cesear dressing in it, my onion rings were tasting of old oil! Didn't bring a fork to eat out coleslaw. When asked to speak to someone to complain well there was only her & one other person in the kitchen! So never going back again because lousy service & food! - ?feeling disappointed.

I took buffello chicken combo. It was good. Fries good quantity slightly burned but good nonetheless. Burger was good however fell apart after one bite completely to solve this they could put a pick through it or cut in half. Bun pretty good. Okay condiments, They did not pair well with the buffelo sauce as both were quite sour( do not recommend buffolo burger). Now the star of the show, the chicken was ,in my opinion, perfect. Nice, crunchy & prefectly spiced. The service was excellent the woman cared about delivering best service possible. The place was clean food came very quickly. 8/10 Should get chicken strips next time.

Nice looking place. Service was prompt & friendly. Food was a let down. Ordered the meal of the day which was a chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was a small piece of chicken more batter than chicken. Mac & cheese was my side. Was a good sized portion but was fairly plain with no real cheese as part of the sauce. I'd be willing to give one more try, but for the price of $18 a bit overrated.

Great place.find it a little pricey. Food is good. The sauce that came with the combo was very good. Would i go back? Yes! The staff was very friendly.

Kelsi m'a servi un délicieux souper très nourrissant (pas de pain) à ma guise: salade slaw, lettue, tomates, cornichons sucrés & sauce avec des morceaux de poulet dessus. Absolument extra bon, tellement que j'ai tout mangé!!! Quel service! En plus, assise à une table dans le restaurant où la paix règne, je me suis bien reposée après avoir conduit pendant huit heures sans arrêt. Bravo Kelsi! Elle est même revenue à ma table pour savoir si j'étais satisfaite. ABSOLUMENT, KELSI, MERCI!

Fried chicken is pretty good! Overcooked reheated cookies & Mac n cheese sauce being horrid & tasting like a frozen meal is unfortunately disappointing.. 😢

Marie & Mohammed were amazing! They brought us the food, complimentary brownies for dessert & the food came out perfect! Tastes amazing & no mistakes were made (we made a lot of modifications to our sandwiches & ordered extra sauces) nothing was missing overall 10/10, would recommend.

Great chicken fingers! Mariam & the staff are so friendly. My only request: bring back the honey mustard sauce 🙏
