Honestly so disappointed with my experience at Madame Poulet W.I. I placed my order through UBER at 6:29 & it said my order would be ready in 6 minutes. At 6:35 my order displayed'ready' on the uber app which was surprising considering I ordered 2 chicken burger trios & a Mac & cheese. I get to the restaurant 15 minutes AFTER my order stated ready. I get to the counter & asked for my order & the lady said it wasn't. I asked her why does it show ready on the app & she was SO rude & said'I don't know' with so much attitude I was taken aback. I asked how long it would take & she said'I don't know I don't work in the kitchen'. My order took an additional 30 minutes to be ready since the time it stated ready on the app while I waited in the restaurant. When I got my order I told her thank you & she didn't even answer me or anything. Worst customer service I've ever had & I've been working customer service over 13 years now. The food was mediocre. The burger was more bun than chicken & their fridge drink is clearly broken because our drinks weren't even cold. I had a similar experience at the one in Laval just no attitude from the reception area just the wait times & it saying ready on the app when it wasn't. It's unfortunate because the concept & food is good but I will not be going back. Funny how on theirs walls it says'respect' &'hospitality' because that's not what was given yesterday.

Nice looking place. Service was prompt & friendly. Food was a let down. Ordered the meal of the day which was a chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich was a small piece of chicken more batter than chicken. Mac & cheese was my side. Was a good sized portion but was fairly plain with no real cheese as part of the sauce. I'd be willing to give one more try, but for the price of $18 a bit overrated.

The quality of the fried chicken is very good, this is a true chicken breast, lightly battered & very nicely crisper & not oily. This time we ordered the Mac & cheese with chicken. It was very good. When I ordered there was a single person in front of me but yet it took about 20+ minutes to get my order. I have ordered here before & ordered online & was ready when I got there, maybe the wait is normal but it was challenging as I was picking up at a couple of places for the family. Be prepared to wait, the food quality is worth it! There is a back room for parties & lots of space to sit if you are eating in. The location is very clean with a very open concept space for seating. Bon appetite 😋

First time there & honestly last....
We ordered burgers & honestly the bun couldnt even hold anything, it was super soggy.
Buffalo taste like pretty much nothing & couldnt even taste the spiciness. Can we talk about the pickles?? Sweet pickles dont belong in spicy burgers its just weird. Other than that fries were really good but some were uncooked which is unfortunate,
Mac & cheese tasted like old Kraft dinner very diluted in water, sad since it looked pretty good by appearance.
Chicken was pretty delicious tho so ill give them that.
Also the price is atrocious for the portions...

Fried chicken is pretty good! Overcooked reheated cookies & Mac n cheese sauce being horrid & tasting like a frozen meal is unfortunately disappointing.. 😢

HORRIBLE PRICES over $90 for four people to eat…this is not a full service restaurant, cans of soda pop, plastic baskets, wooden forks, paper napkins, no cheese & plastic small cups for coleslaw. This place is not in a tourist spot. Only two tables occupied on a Saturday night…geez I wonder why 🙄. Simple restaurantor math, you cannot be charging the same prices or more for a full restaurant meal in a QSR. Worst part is they have a kids birthday room & no kid meals. This place will fail & go under…give it less than 5 years.

The chicken tenders are better than Popeye's. The Mac n cheese is delicious & the poutine is very good. Highly recommend it

Amazing food, service & ambiance! Had the Tomacluck & BLT combos. Everything was delicious! Chicken was crispy, not too oily, Mac & cheese was flavorful, onion rings were crunchy & well seasoned, & the BLT was super filling. Had leftovers for another meal.
The place is newly renovated & clean. The staff is attentive & even checked on us during our meal. They even helped pack up everything neatly in a takeaway bag & brought it back to our table. Definitely recommend!
