Madame Poulet is a great spot if you're craving flavorful, well-seasoned chicken. The menu is simple but well executed, with juicy chicken, crispy skin, & sauces that really stand out. Portions are generous, & everything tastes fresh & carefully prepared.
The atmosphere is casual & welcoming, making it a good choice for a quick meal or a relaxed bite with friends. Service is friendly & efficient, even during busy hours.

Pros: the chicken was fresh & good, the server was friendly & & atmosphere was spacious.
Cons: the fries were undercooked (hard potatoes) but mostly unbelievably slow service, to the point it's disrespectful of your time. I was the only one in line & waited 25 minutes for 2 chicken strips.. Even though I was the only one, I waited 5 minutes to order while the server was on the phone (my order only took 20 seconds..she should have put the person on hold to prioritize present customers). They have one person in front to accommodate: people who walk in, clean & wait on tables, prepare the pickup bags & answer the phones.. there's a lot of waiting around.. there's only one cook in the back who takes her time. I was told they ran out of chicken so she went to make more.. shouldnt there be a second person doing that while another prepares the meals?

So actually this place is getting a zero stars from me & I came from a lavel to come & try this place because the one in Laval had bad reviews. I ordered the tomachulk. I'm not posting any pictures of the food but the chicken was not cooked at all. The sad thing is that they try to tell me it was the seasoning in the chicken. Very disappointed with this place actually right now was looking forward to it. My guess is we can't really buy chicken fried chicken in particular from any restaurants anymo

I cannot say enough positive things about Madame Poulet. We had our son's bday celebration over the weekend & the staff was so very welcoming, kind & simply amazing! They even decorated the room for us & had candles & sparkles for our cake! There was a Television in the room which was a nice background distraction. The food was very good & one of our guests ordered an additional to-go plate... the chicken is really delicious- lightly battered & crispy. We will definitely be coming back & will spread the word on the wonderful customer service & great tasting food. Thank You, Madame Poulet, Pointe-Claire. You're #1 in our books!

Hello There, went to this restaurant today for lunch & i was looking forward to having their Tomacluck special. When I arrived they told me it was no longer available, they said to come back another time. Very disappointed since you are a chicken establishment. I travelled about 15 minutes to come specifically for that menu option.

Amazing food, service & ambiance! Had the Tomacluck & BLT combos. Everything was delicious! Chicken was crispy, not too oily, Mac & cheese was flavorful, onion rings were crunchy & well seasoned, & the BLT was super filling. Had leftovers for another meal.
The place is newly renovated & clean. The staff is attentive & even checked on us during our meal. They even helped pack up everything neatly in a takeaway bag & brought it back to our table. Definitely recommend!

One of the best chicken tenders & mac & cheese I've had. Marie was a great host, she gave us the big room with the family table. The chicken was like homemade chicken not the basic super processed chicken tenders you get some places. A+

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but wow this place blew me away. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside, seasoned just right without being greasy. You can tell they actually care about quality here.
The service was fast, the food came out hot & fresh, & even the fries tasted like they just came out of the fryer golden & crunchy. The portions were generous, & everything looked as good as it tasted.
If you're craving real flavor & don't want that typical bland fast-food chicken, this is the spot. Easily the best fast food & chicken I've ever had. I'm already planning my next visit.

Excellente Food, Bright, & Clean, Open, late after skating near by . Will Be Back for sure. Chicken was tender private room with TV to watch baseball for the kids was awesome, the staff knows how to treat customers , more than two bathrooms.. but just in general the tender chicken was not heavy at all we took 20pcs & 1 fries bucket was more than enough.
