I love madame poulet the african canadian female worker is always so kind & friendly! The place is always clean as well. The only thing that annoys me is the indian/canadian male that works there! Hes often talking on the phone while customers are eating in the store & he makes them wait to order… He is rude to customers. Once the customers infront of us left before ordering because his service was bad… Other than that, madame poulet is great! Highly recommend ☺?
What's with your cashier that has 0 patience, 0 tolerance, is stingy with utensils, & on top of all that gives you attitude if you ask questions?! Lacking customer service & hospitality! Food wise, it's ok, not crazy about the fries, came in over fried (dark in color), & oily.

I orderd via Uber eats for lunch to try it out. I ordered the mac & cheese & it was horrid it wasn't even cooked through neither just tasted good at all. I tried to finish it but it wasn't great. The fries however are amazing.
The chicken is good. It was juicy & soft, but still maintained a level of crispness without overpowering the other elements of the food. The fries were also good. I believe a few of the fries were burnt, but the rest were just fine. This is a pretty good fried chicken joint.
Amazing fried chicken sandwich. Was perfect. Not dry & not greasy. The crispiness freshness & taste really stood out. & very big sandwich. Went in hungry & left full. Highly recommend
Cashier was pretty frosty but got the order right & the service was quick. But oh my, the BEST chicken sandwich I have ever had! If you're a fan of fried chicken Madame Poulet needs to be on your radar. Will definitely go back for more!
Chicken has too much batter & wasn't freshly fried, but rather reheated. Waffle fries are good though. Burgers are huge. Get the small if you don't want to fight for each bite.
I stopped by with friends for a quick bite & we were all pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. For a fast food spot, it's definitely a step up from McDonald's. The service was excellent, & the restaurant was clean. Prices are typical for fast food, but the quality makes it a great option.

Absolutely delicious !!!! Was looking for a fried chicken resto that wasn't a mega fast food chain & honestly I was very pleasantly surprised. The chicken is so tender & juicy & breading is amazing. (I ordered delivery the next day as well because of how much I loved it. The decor of the place is modern & airy. They have a private room with glass walls for events. There's a terrace outside as well. The service was excellent! The waiter was very kind & professional. All in all, would recommend 100%!
Came here after hearing about it. Service was friendly but cashier wasn't sure of many things. Mondays is $2 per chicken strip. Had the trio with fries & drink. Fries were homemade but a little soggy. Chicken strips were excellent. Super light batter & juicy chicken but could use a bit more spices in the batter IMHO. What I found disappointing is the lack of gravy. Found it ridiculous to charge $2 for their sauces which come in a tiny plastic container. For 8 strips, I would have needed at least 3!!! If they make these changes like crispier fries & better sauce options at reasonable prices & spicing up the batter, they will have a winner.
If you like the sounds of Afrobeats in the background, you will Fuljoy the atmosphere. The staff at the cash who took my order was friendly & polite. Thank you, Madame Poulet for an excellent meal & experience. P.s. The bathroom was absolutely pleasure to use. The cleanliness of the bathroom was perfection, clean & smelled very pleasant.
I ordered from this restaurant off of Ubereats. The 3 piece chicken tender was really good. I paired it with their special sauce, & I enjoyed my meal a lot. However, the fries were very bad. I was disappointed to throw almost all of it out. Idk if the in-person experience with fries is similar, but I don't recommend getting'em.
Me & my friend wanted a late night snack & we stumbled across Madame Poulet on google & were super excited to try. We both got trios, I got the 3 piece chicken tender with poutine as my side & water as my drink & she got a classic burger with mac n cheese as her side with water as well. The mac n cheese was very good but my friend did not like the sauce in her burger. My poutine was very average & the tenders were not as crispy as I usually like. But the BBQ sauce was super good. The service was not the best. The woman taking our order wasn't the most helpful or nicest. We got our orders after 15 minutes of waiting, which was perfect. I would come back here just for the mac n cheese.
Probably the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had, this place is a 10/10 with the cleanest interior I've ever seen for a restaurant, & some good beats. Get the waffle fries too! Would recommend the sandwich with the coleslaw.
Nice atmosphere, friendly employees. French fries were very good (not frozen). Chicken burgers were tasty. Be prepared to get messy because the burgers are big! I wish they had ketchup pumps instead of ketchup packets because it's a pain to have to open like 10 of them to equal a pump style with cup option. If you like fried chicken with big crusts then this is the place for you. We went when it wasn't too busy so I don't know how they handle things under stress...😀. I will go back for sure.
