I make it my mission to come here as much as I can when I visit Montreal. I got the small poutine & got two meals out of it. Pretty good for $14. I came at 1pm on a Sunday & was lucky to have no line. You order & then walk to the check out to pay. Restaurant can get quite warm due to the open kitchen. The food is too good. Only come if you are ready to enjoy yourself greatly.
Great food, delicious portuguese chicken, great flavor sauce. Customer service could improve.
The chicken taste was ok. To be honest it's nothing special. I think Costsco's chicken is better some points. You will regret it if you expect a dramatically different taste."
Their octopus is wonderful. The sandwiches are also very tasty. Large plates & very affordable prices.
The chicken is pretty tasty if you're lucky enough to get it when it's cooked properly. The level of doneness varies day to day. Sometimes you'll get barely cooked rubbery, next time it's over cooked & dry. The service is very very slow. I've been there 4-5 times over the years & I've driven by the place probably 20 times because I will not stand in line for an hour or more for a piece of chicken. It's not that good. Good luck finding a place to park too. There's so many great places to eat in Montreal without the hassle of this place.
