La nourriture était succulente !!!
La musique un peu forte mais nous n'étions juste pas dans ce « mood ».
Très belle soirée, mais 2 points que mon groupe & moi avons trouvé dommage vu le type de restaurant.
Nous avons demandé de l'eau pérrié & nous nous sommes fait répondre que le restaurant en avait de la maison.
Surprise sur la facture, c'est 7$ pour une bouteille d'eau de la ville que l'on passe au soda stream... pacini l'offre gratuitement & personne ne nous a informé qu'il y avait un prix pour de l'eau maison.
Ensuite, nous avons mentionné que c'était la fête d'une personne du groupe. Parfait quelle dessert pour lui apportez... on le charge au final. Alors que des restaurants comme St-Hubert & Pacini offre plus pour souligner des événements que Lucille's qui est d'une meilleure qualité, nous avons trouvé cela ordinaire.
La table avec le centre qui tourne était vraiment un beau wow pour finir sur du positif
I rated the ambiance as 3 as it is extremely noisy in the restaurant.
For the price you charge for lobster rolls you may want to consider not ruining them with the worst mayo that exists. As for the service after we received our meals I guess our server decided they were done with us because no one came by our table to even ask if we wanted another drink or absolutely anything until we requested the check. To give you perspective that's about an hour of being ignored.

De plus, la personne à notre table qui a mangé le homard a été malade pendant la nuit.
Food needs improving given the prices you charge. Ambiance was very nice. Service was fantastic.
It was an enjoyable evening & food was very good only thing I would suggest is to give more crackers with the tuna tartare as well as a few more with the crab dip. Service was excellent
Too noisy. We preferred patio seating & even though weather was nice they didn't open terrace. Little pricey.
The service was so slow, several mistakes made with our order. The waiter was nice but overall Lucille's used to be a lot better than it is today.
Les huîtres à 1$ sont beaucoup trop petites & pas les plus fraîches.
First time ever I had been this disappointed. First of all, we ordered the $140 Porterhouse for 2. Medium rare. It came almost well done. Now, I know it is hard to cook such a big piece of meat, but it's aggravating spending $140 + tax & tip & 20% of the steak is burnt (zero zero pink inside even). & even the middle pieces weren't medium rare. I wouldn't have been annoyed if the inside the Medium rare & the outside was Medium or even Medium well, but that wasn't the case. Second, I changed my fries for the mashed, & was charged $7 extra. Wait what? I paid $140 for a steak, & I can't even pick my 2 sides?! Seriously? We went for the salad & mashed as sides, & was charged $7 to change the fries to mashed, that's robbery. Third, the service was awful. We sat in the back of the main room, & it seemed like our waitress only has our table in that area. So because of that, she was never around. It took forever to order. But what really got me going, was getting our bills. 20 minutes after the plates were cleared, she was no where to be found. I finally has to ask a busboy to get our bills. Finally, she comes with the bills, & then disappears again for another 20 minutes. So I had to ask AGAIN for the machine. & then she comes running. She obviously was working another section & our table was an outlier. Lastly, the first jug of water we got tasted moldy honestly. We had to ask for a new one. Just overall a poor experience, & shocking one as well.
Service was somewhat disorganized & unfriendly. When asked for attention, it got better but from welcoming rather cold. We were seated in a very back corner, seemed to be forgotten when there were other seats more central in restaurant.
Our waiter in the end was very proficient.
