Very average food. Calamari was out of the bag. Tuna tartare, ok, but nothing great. Sea bass was drowned in bbq sauce & glued to the board with basic salad as a side. Clam chowder was better but could not decide what it wanted to be. Pleasant but rushed service. Lots of parking though ;)
Food was average, good but not great, elevated fast food.
My sea bass was beyond basic & not worth the price. Service was polite but rushed. Again more of a fast food vibe. Not sure I would go back. Oh & the music did not match the Lucilles "image". I felt like I was in a food court.

We felt we were rushed. We were a group of 5, so we were allowed to sit for 2.5 hours. But they served so fast that we had to leave in 1 hour 45 minutes.
Super bon service & très bonne ambiance. Par contre, la nourriture est correct, on s'attendait à de la meilleure qualité surtout pour le prix que nous avons payé.

it was an outstanding service, the waiter gave an amazing service as well. The food was excellent but your fried calamari is the best i ever tried in my life.

Great service, unfortunately food quality(Kansas steak superficially) wasn't what we've come to expect from Lucilles in the past. Again, service was great!
We were given a table in a corner because we had our baby with us. I complained because it was the worst table in the restaurant & they refused to move us. The food is great but the service is lacking at Lucille's especially for the price.
Excellent food. It was very noisy, & we were in a middle of the aisle. Not very private & always staff passing by. Our waiter was very good & attentive. The other staff were friendly & helpful.
I made a reservation a week ago & asking a table near the window & they gave my table & try to give me a table near the corridor 2 times to finally a table more quiet. We spend 1/2 hour to discuss with the lady. We were upset about the situation.
I always have the grilled octopus & its usually delicious but yesterday it was really not good. Super dry texture like it was out of a can... the ribsteak was a little rough. We were dissappointed. We also had to wait in front even if we had a reservation & our table was empty while we were waiting
