It's the Lucille's everyone knows & loves but wanted to call out that it's surprisingly a very kid friendly option to add to your rotation if your dinners are early enough in the evening.
Great kids menu & lots of options from regular menu for everyone. Quick, attentive service, with lots of room in the back if you have strollers.

Overall, great service & atmosphere. It was our first time here & it was a surprise. Attentive service with drinks & food quickly delivered. My only issue was that the calamari was overcooked, everything else we had was delicious.

Being in the service industry I can understand how to create a unique customer experience. We were served with a warm, friendly & attentive smile from our server who had a friendly smile every time she came to see if we were ok. Food was excellent on top of the card she provided. Culture in this establishment is visible & the management should be proud.

Such a great dinner experience! To start, the $1 oysters are a must! Super fresh & absolutely worth it.
We followed up with two appetizers: the burrata in a creamy truffle aioli & the beef tartare. Both were beautifully presented & delicious.
For mains, we had the lobster rolls & the steak frites with chimichurri. The lobster rolls were delicious as always, served on a soft, buttery brioche bun. The steak was cooked perfectly, & the chimichurri brought everything together with the perfect finishing touch.
The service was fantastic! friendly, attentive, & quick. Overall, a great atmosphere & a menu that doesn't disappoint. Highly recommend & will definitely be back!

I recently visited Lucille's & had an amazing experience. I loved the vibe of the restaurant & of course the delicious food (I highly recommend the roasted cauliflower appetizer!!!) I could not recommend it more! The best part was the amazing service from Maya. She was an extremely attentive waitress & provided great & efficient service.

I had a fantastic first experience at Lucille's! Despite the restaurant being busy, we were promptly greeted. I tried the Mediterranean seabass filet, recommended by our amazing waitress, Maya, & absolutely loved it. Maya's friendly & attentive service truly made the night special. Hoping to come back soon!

i was really hungry when i went there. when ur hungry, "almost" everything is good right? but this one is a no-no. all the food i ordered was salty, even the salad. -_- the 2 stars is for the attentive service & very nice decor but that's it.

First time at Lucille's for my mother in laws 89th Birthday. The service was outstanding. Ali was super attentive always smiling & quick bringing our meals. The food was OK, the bavette for the steak/ frites could have been tastier, the "jus"was overly salty. The surf & turf is not your traditional piece of steak with a lobster tail. (There is a steak & lobster tail as a separate option) It was a lobster roll & a whole rack of ribs. The lobster roll bun was nicely toasted with good size pieces of lobster..it was missing a bit of flavor. The ribs were tender & juicy & slathered with a sweet/ slightly spicey sauce. The cedar plank maple salmon was perfectly prepared with a nice hint of maple flavor, so I'm told as my mother in law wouldn't share...lol After all it was her birthday diner celebration. We were so full we didn't order dessert, but Ali heard us talking & brought my M.I.L. a piece of cake with a candle. It was so light an delicious!. A++++ for service

Fantastic experience, our waitress (forgive me, i forgot her name) was outstanding, she was really attentive, knew the menu well, had impeccable timing (kept an eye on things from afar). The food was tremendous (the Kentucky style chicken was superb & the Tuna niçoise was fabulous). Lucille's red beer was a highlight for us. I'd recommend you avoid the cocktails, none were particularly tasty but everything else was lovely, will definitely go back.

Friendly & polite staff. Attentive. The food is good. Nice terrace in summer. If you prefer to eat inside, the windows are open like an invisible wall. Parking, no problem.

Our waiter, Alek, was outstanding. Gave us personalized service, pleasant & quite attentive. This was at Lucille's in Pointe Claire. The supportive staff were also amazing: i dropped my napkin & within 15 seconds it was picked up & i received a new one. Finished plates were removed promptly. The attention to detail was amazing. I recently enjoyed the surf & turf at Lucille's in Fairview Pointe-Claire, & it was a fantastic dining experience! The lobster roll was packed with fresh, succulent lobster, & the ribs were tender, falling right off the bone with a rich, smoky flavor. The combination of seafood & barbecue was divine, showcasing the kitchen's ability to balance complex flavors. The service was impeccable-attentive & efficient, making the dining experience smooth & enjoyable. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, making it a great place for a casual lunch or a special dinner. I highly recommend Lucille's to anyone in the Pointe-Claire area looking for a meal that's both delicious & memorable. It's definitely a place I look forward to visiting again!
