Carla was awesome!!!! Super attentive kind & an amazing server. I'd say don't waste time on the burger. They are frozen or at least they seem so. Was expecting to be wowed by the burger, it was below average. The peppercorn sauce was amazing, fries & salad as well. The meats look phenomenal in this place & to be honest that's what I should have gone with.

Bavette avec deux hamburger angus, qui goûtait le smash burger.
Le seul hic est venu avec l'addition, & c'est là que ça m'a choqué! C'est une très mais, vraiment très mauvaise pratique de charger le plein prix d'un remplacement.
Je m'explique, une assiette de frite parmesan, truffle = 8$, mon assiette comprend des frites, j'ai charger ma frite en ceux aux parmesan, ils ne m'ont pas charger la différence, mais
L'extra. Pour le 8$, j'aurais dû recevoir la frite & la frite parmesan.
Très douteux comme facturation, proche de la fraude.
I love my chai latte but this one made me laugh. I was not expecting actual Lucky Charms cereal on my coffee but you know what, it was still delicious!
I hate seafood. So, I decided to get ribs. For a luxury restaurant, I was expecting it to be good. It was below average. The steak though, were a monstrosity. It was the most fatty steak I have ever ate. Must have been a fat cow. Not a good thing though. ONLY GO TO THE RESTAURANT FOR SEAFOOD. I REPEAT. Appetizers were quite appetizing. Water had a lot of ice in it.
Anyways, only go for the seafood. Lucille's, please fix your vile, gross, nauseating & revolting steak. This would a 5 star restaurant if you fix it. Again your appetizer is appetizing.
Emilio & the team is fantastic! I had a group dinner take place & the group had nothing but great things to say. I highly recommend Lucille's Fairview Pointe-Claire! ♥?
This restaurant has completely changed the game for my friends & me in the West Island.
The ambiance is warm & elevated without feeling pretentious, making it the perfect spot for a great night out. The food is exceptional, every dish is beautifully presented & full of flavour, truly a standout culinary experience.
What really sets it apart is the service: attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely welcoming.
Easily one of our go-to spots now. Highly recommend!
This evening my friend & I had the pleasure & opportunity to be served by Macy at the bar. Of the many times I've been to Lucille's, tonight, I received the best service. Macy is an excellent barmaid & waitress. She is an important asset at Lucille's. Thank you Macy for taking care of us.

It was my first time in this restaurant & the service was excellent (especially Steven) & the food was great. It was my daughter's birthday & she really enjoyed the food & she got a birthday dessert. I will definitely be back, next time I come to Montreal. I highly recommend this restaurant.
