Display Allsteak(126) lucille's(84) drink(79) lobster(75) oyster(70) recommend(62) salad(55) dessert(51) seafood(43)I love Lucille's in general, I usually get they lobster rolls from a stand they have at Atwater market during the summer. This time, I went & sat down at a table after a day of shopping at the fairview mall center. So convenient as it's a the same place. We had oysters, fried calamari, the steak & fries & the chicken because we wanted to try their different types of dishes. All of it was delicious honestly. The drinks were quite nice as wellView more
Great place for drinks, good food & friendly service! Loved my Steak & Prawns dish. Crab dip... Awesome!View more
Another wonderful evening at Lucille's! Reservation for 7 on a busy Saturday, but the manager was able to find us a better table after he saw my less-than-enthused face (original table was right beside the bathroom). For the rest of the evening, the service was impeccable, well above average, & the food & drinks were on-point & delicious. 4 of us ordered filet mignon, all with different cooks, & they all came out perfect. The menu has changed slightly since our last visit (no clam chowder & no lobster tails to add to a steak) but we found some great alternatives like the Thai scallops. At no time did we lack for anything, as service was anticipatory & so very friendly. All in all, a fabulous experience!
NOTE: the only thing I would point out as a minor negative is that they did not have any gluten-free bread, which would have been perfect for the celiac-sufferer in our group.View more
Great dinner time, good meals, good drinks , music wasn't loud making it a good restaurant for business or family interactions.View more
We were 4 out for dinner & all appetizers were incredible.
When it came to the main course, I had the lamb chops & I received about 8 very sad pieces of lamb. I understand when cutting a lamb loin, some pieces come out small, but I don't believe they should be shared with customers, as they end up burnt next to the nicer pieces. I had the same meal at the Dix30 restaurant & it was a completely different experience.
Other than that, the atmosphere was great, the drinks were great, & our waitress was great!
I'd still recommend, but I think we will go back to the Dix30 branch.View more
The food is great. It's too bad that the service is terrible. We hardly saw our waitress. It took too long to order drinks let alone our meal. Nobody asked if everything was ok with our meals.View more
Their raw or cold dishes are the best they have to offer, followed by their drinks. Their ribs, lamb & steaks are okay. While proteins are generally fine, what lets the dishes down are the accompaniments, sides & sauces. Service is very inconsistent with the waitstaff at other nearby restaurants being much better. We only come here when we can find the 25% off gift cards at Costco.View more
Highly recommend this location. Plenty of parking, restaurant has a great trendy feel. Nice place for a fun social night. Cocktail drinks were great & the steak, chicken & lobster were delicious. A bunch of us girls had a great time. Will definitely go backView more

Strangely, it was not very busy for a Father's Day supper at 6pm. I was able to reserve a table for 4 just an hour before. Not a complaint to be able to get a table. Our waiter was good, the atmosphere was average, nothing spectacular. Perhaps we were early. Anyhow, we dined at Lucille's Tremblant & Lucille Laval many times. We felt both places were better than Fairview, even atmosphere wise. My kids both ordered the salmon tartare entree at 21$ each, which at the other locations, came with 1/2 boston lettuce. Here, there was none. I was going to ask but by the time the waiter pops over, my kids already finished the tartare. It was a small portion!!! The food, don't order the demi-snow crab appertizer. It was two tiny legs in a huge plate of ice for 27$ about. Not worth it. I had the steak frites for 35$ which I find it's good, but nothing spectacular to choose it over other places. We had to order the seafood linguini for the kids as they were still hungry. Overall, we spent ~250$ service included for a supper of 2 adults & two kids with two alcoholic drinks, a Shirley Temple & a Gingerale. Not a cheap meal. I should have gone to Kiku Monkland for sushi & probably have a better supper & experience for the same price.View more
I expected more quality for the money. I don't mind paying, as long as the quality comes with it. 2 people, steak meal plus 2 drinks for 150.00 $, deserves a higher level of quality than what we got served, in my opinion.View more
Service to place drinks orders extremely long 25min .... We decided to order our cocktails with the food. :(View more
We had a great family dinner because our server, Alek, made it special. He remembered my special drink, Gentleman Jack & Coke, & overheard that we were celebrating our daughter's birthday. Alek brought her a piece of cake with a candle. Everyone's food was delicious, portions are generous. Highly recommend it! Ask for Alek!View more
My friends & I tried Lucilles for brunch & it was perfect for a girls day. We ordered a bellini tray for drinks & it was super cute & well presented. For food, we went with the taco tower, burrata & sourdough, & the black angus beef tartare. Everything was great & the service was awesome as wellView more
Mixed bag Lucilles is a beautiful restaurant, the food is delicious the atmosphere is great & the service is well ... its ok . we have been going at least once a week since the opening to this location. It truly is a mixed bag on each time for service, some servers are more attentive then others on our specific turn around this time it was a special occasion where we arrived with someone who was mobility reduced & had reserved a table a week in advance to make sure we would be comfortable & when we arrived we were surprised that the table we reserved was taken with no explanation or substitute so that was a huge bummer so we were sat next to a table of children on the side , our server also forgot some of our drinks we ordered & sides so we constantly had to remind them which got to be a little bit of a chore. Nonetheless the food was good but we were overall dissatisfied with the service & thats not nothing. Food we have had from Lucilles so far : All the lunch platters only available in the afternoon . The mango margaritas & Lagers on tap The calamari & specialty oysters Food we look forward to trying: The Aged steak set & what we hope changes the next time we go around: Honouring of reservations especially if its a special occasion & a bit of extra care & attention from the front of house staff .View more
I had the lobster rolls. Delicious!!!! At first I thought that it was pricey, but the portions are quite large. Way too many fries though. The waiter was friendly & quick to offer drinks, but he didn't check on the non- alcohol drinkers very often. When our group had all arrived it took a bit before he took our main course order. & since it was busy it was hard to converse with everyone at the table.View more
It's like our friends were saying. "It's good... but way too pricey". It was our first time here & it was good. But the bill is way too high for what you get. The atmosphere is okay. More of an open concept place than an intimate dining place. The service is excellent. Everyone is very attentive. Cleaning your table. Replacing used napkins & topping off drinks or water. Would we go back- to be honest no unless it was someone's choice to go there. My husband really liked his seafood pasta dish. My steak was fine. I didn't prefer the sauce on the shrimp. I had the steak & prawns. My husband the seafood linguine. For starters we got the southern hot crab dip & $1 oysters. & for dessert the dark chocolate caramel dome.View more
Large portions & good food. However their drinks are bit on weak side. Signature Bloody Mary is a thing to try but I am not sure about other drinks.View more
I couldn't believe how expensive it was. Drinks not even included for the kids. $14 for butter pasta + $5 for a 7up, there is inflation & inflation.
We were at our table a solid 15 minutes before a drink order was taken. The waiter was super nice though. The food was SO good! At a point the music was way too loud. We were only 5 of us & we could barely hear ourselves. This is probably main only consistent issue with Lucille's.
The music is so loud it literally starts giving me anxiety. & because it's so loud everyone is almost yelling at eachother all around you so then it just becomes even more loud.
The service was A1! I do love the ambiance of Lucille's Fairview. Haven't been to any others. What I am appalled at is the price & quantity of your drinks. I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio, not knowing it cost $15.00/glass, not on menu, had to scan , blah, blah. When the wine came, it was actually tasteless & there was approximately 1 inch of wine in the glass. Atrocious.
The overall experience was good, the pricing on the food & drinks were elevated compared to other restaurants, I was mostly disappointed with the coffee , Jesus 3 oz coffee, & no refills, who does that?
Our table enjoyed the new addition to your menu , the fried chicken . 3 of us had steak that was awesome , we all loved the seasoning on the steak . The sweet potato fries are some of the best we have had . The other 3 had the lobster Roll & enjoyed very much . The waiters were attentive & the bus boy was amazing , brought new napkins & cutlery for each course . Everyone enjoyed the appetizers that had , I really loved the Caesar salad, the pickles were a nice touch & I liked that the salad had the right amount of dressing. The hot crab dip was delicious , the oysters were a hit , calamari was great .
Drinks were delivered quickly & the waiter kept the water bottle full . Very great experience .
No fault to our waiter however general level of service wasn't great compared to other visits. Other patrons food & drinks were sent to our table twice in error, kitchen gave us no time between appetizers & main course.
Meal was still great. Would still go back.
Very slow service. Drink order taken after 20 minutes. Another 15 for food order. Mains came before appetizers but our server was gracious & made up for it by offer Complementary drinks & desserts on the house. All in all a good night & decent food. Great ambiance for the West Island!
