Hello, so i dined at Lucilles Fairview on Feb 15 2025. This was my second time there. The service & ambiance was as amazing as last year, sadly my dish was not.
Last year i had ordered the octopus dish & it was beyond amazing. I was raving about it for a couple of weeks. Yesterday i ordered the same dish & was sadly, wholeheatedly, disappointed. While the octopus was well cooked, the quantity was not the same as last year for about the same price (shrinkflation?), & the underlying Greek salad was not made the same way. Last year there was an almost feta puree included which was a wonderful addition tp the dish, this year they just put a couple of small pieces of feta. Definitely not the same quality dish as last year, & not something i would ever order again at Lucilles if i were to ever go back.
I should also mention we started with the large oysters, & one of the six had a slight off-putting taste, luckily no one got sick.
It's too bad really, they had a winning dish last year which made the dining experience perfect, & well worth the money spent.View more
Amazing dining experience! It was our first time at this restaurant & it did not disappoint. Our table had the beef carpaccio (a few bites were eaten before picture was taken), caesar salad, tuna nicoise (the nicoise was moved a bit before picture was taken), maple glazed salmon & mediterranean sea bass filet, all were incredibly good. Everyone enjoyed their meal thoroughly. We got our appetizers relatively quickly but we were given enough time to enjoy them before we received the main course, which was nice as we didn't feel rushed. The level of service we received was impeccable & our waiter was very pleasant. Great atmosphere & decor. There are so many things on the menu we want to try, we will definitely be back at Lucille's Fairview. Thank you very much for a great evening, amazing service & the delicious meal. Super quick service, oysters are fabulously presented with an exquisite horseradish or wine vinegar échalotte dip. Grilled half octopus salad always insanely perfect. Three fish tartare combo had weird seasoning ideas yet we have conservative tartare habits. Service is top shelf, atmosphere smooth & classy. Great date night.View more

We had an okay experience at the restaurant. The service was good, but the food was underwhelming. Our table ordered oysters, kids' hamburgers, house salads, & fish tacos, but nothing really stood out. The highlight-or rather, the lowlight-of the night was the $34 charge for two small glasses of Chardonnay. We couldn't help but laugh & realize we had never checked the price of a glass of wine before. With so many dining options available, we won't be returning.View more
i was really hungry when i went there. when ur hungry, "almost" everything is good right? but this one is a no-no. all the food i ordered was salty, even the salad. -_- the 2 stars is for the attentive service & very nice decor but that's it.View more

I took out an order for over $180. I ordered the grilled lobster tails which came with a green salad. The menu stated that mine was supposed to come with garlic butter, but there was none in my order. The lobster tails tasted like they dumped a whole salt shaker on them. The salad was the kind that you get in a large container in the grocery store. There was absolutely nothing in the salad except leaves, & the tips of some lettuce pieces were brown & rotting. I just feel that for the amount of money that they charge, they should at least put in a little effort & put some other vegetables in the salad & make sure that it's fresh, & include garlic butter when it's mentioned in the menu. They don't even give you a side potato or anything. I had to cook my own side dish at home after spending all that. It's just a complete rip off in my opinion. People just go there because the name is catchy & they think that it's somehow "trendy". To me, the way that they present themselves is to grab the money, & provide you with the bare minimum. They don't do anything to show that the food is special, or was made with effort, it's just a cash grab. The calamari is better at the Keg. The lobster roll filling was hot packed in with the buns separate. Lobster roll filling is supposed to cold, not hot. The ribs in the surf n turf were nothing special, you can get much better ribs at Baton Rouge. This is the second time that I have dined at Lucille's, & both locations were forgettable, definitely not memorable. I remember when things are good, or outstanding, & this was not it.View more
Seconde visite chez Lucille's & cette fois j'ai beaucoup plus apprécié mon repas. Le ribsteak était assaisonné à la perfection & la cuisson était impeccable! Ma seule déception, il devrait y avoir 2 choix inclus avec la viande, pas seulement un... Une simple salade verte, ou des frites? La salade devrait être toute garnie & on devrait avoir le choix entre frites, pomme de terre au four ou purée &/ou légumes du jour.View more

La tartare de boeuf est excellente, les frites aussi, cependant la salade César était insipide, sèche & quelques feuilles étaient rouillées. Le service est lent, on a de la difficulté à joindre la serveuse mais elle était très courtoise. Le bruit est abrutissant, la musique beaucoup trop forte pour pouvoir soutenir une conversation sans hurler. Disons que c'est un excellent restaurant mais pas reposant & relaxant.View more
We were really disappointed in our experience this time. We reserved to partake in the lobster festival festival. When we arrived on Friday 6 pm per our reservation for 7, we were told there were 14 left. Only to be told 10 minutes later , there were no more. There was so much staff on the floor , but most of them seemed lost & walking around aimlessly. Bucket brought to the table to keep our wine cold, but no ice in it. Some of the food was cold, french fries etc. Coffee at end of meal was also cold. Salad had no dressing on it I was really disappointed. this was my first outing in months as I was housebound due to a broken ankle. When we went earlier this year, our experience was excellent. via Libroyour Ceaser Salad is really NOT a Ceaser Salad. When I make a better one at home, its not appreciated to pay for something that is not the real thing. If you need help with a good receipy , let me know. TKS
Family Saturday Night! You must reserve even for the bar seating. Staff service is friendly, quick & respectful. Very noisy, if you want a quiet place it is not for you! The bar tender could have done a better job for the Bloody Cesar mix ratios. The food quality is impeccable though. Rich menu with plenty of choices. Prices are high yet reflect the elegance. Our table enjoyed the new addition to your menu , the fried chicken . 3 of us had steak that was awesome , we all loved the seasoning on the steak . The sweet potato fries are some of the best we have had . The other 3 had the lobster Roll & enjoyed very much . The waiters were attentive & the bus boy was amazing , brought new napkins & cutlery for each course . Everyone enjoyed the appetizers that had , I really loved the Caesar salad, the pickles were a nice touch & I liked that the salad had the right amount of dressing. The hot crab dip was delicious , the oysters were a hit , calamari was great .
Drinks were delivered quickly & the waiter kept the water bottle full . Very great experience .

Très déçu par la quantité dans l'assiette, petit filet de saumon avec salade seulement, il faut payer un extra pour accompagner le plat! Vraiment trop cher ! Cadeau de Noël de nos enfants , nous y retournerons pas . Facture de 185.$

Octopus tasted more boiled as opposed to grilled, rather disappointing as I had it once before at the restaurant & it was better, even considered sending it back. The Greek salad it came with was ok but the blob of mayo like sauce underneath it was not good & unnecessary. Steaks were good as was lobster rolls. Service was good but will think twice about going again as some of the menu items were not good.
Very average food. Calamari was out of the bag. Tuna tartare, ok, but nothing great. Sea bass was drowned in bbq sauce & glued to the board with basic salad as a side. Clam chowder was better but could not decide what it wanted to be. Pleasant but rushed service. Lots of parking though ;)View more

Lucille's Fairview is a decent & good place to eat we came here on A Wednesday night. Pros: 1) The food here is absolutely alright & delicious. 2) Our waiter & Servers were kind & always positive. 3) Food was not too long to wait around 20-30 minutes. 4) The Cesar Salad was amazing & it had pickles in it & the dressing was the right amount. 5) The Lamb chops Hamburgers & The Lobster rolls that my we ate & shared are amazing & cooked well. 6 Atmosphere is very nice & it feels like a home. 7) Washrooms are unisex & clean. 8) They have a bar with drinks & a wine list. Cons: 1) Parking might be a challenge. 2) We had only one waiter & some were serving so if it's busy you may have less service. All in all I would come back here again in the near future because the food. Service & everything else were good & top notch. I would recommend you guys try & rate it yourselves.View more
