I recently visited Lucille's Fairview Pointe-Claire at 6701 Trans-Canada Hwy, Pointe-Claire, Quebec H9R 1C7, & as always with the Lucille's family of restaurants, we were greeted magnificently right at the entrance by beautiful women in their super-stylish uniforms. From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for a great experience! ✨
The interior is excellent & interesting, with that typical Lucille's charm. There are many cool spots for photos, especially near the lively bar area. You can definitely tell a professional designer with a capital'P' worked on this place! There are many, many tables, & we were able to choose exactly where we wanted to sit, which was great. It's noisy, as is usually expected from this type of restaurant, but it's fun & energetic. 🎶🥂
We came in & immediately decided to dive into the seafood: oysters, tartare, calamari, & more. Everything was simply perfect! I especially loved the tartare. I actually wanted to try both the salmon & tuna tartare, so I ordered the salmon. By mistake, the server brought tuna, but I decided not to change it because I was eager to try both anyway! That little mix-up didn't spoil anything at all - it was still delicious! 😊
The oysters were excellent, tasty, odorless, & perfectly marinated. 🦪👌 & the bar? We tried two cocktails, & they were magnificent! 🍸🍹
Overall, the service throughout our entire visit was outstanding. A huge thank you to everyone for making our evening so wonderful. I highly recommend Lucille's Fairview Pointe-Claire for a fantastic dining experience!

I love Lucille's in general, I usually get they lobster rolls from a stand they have at Atwater market during the summer. This time, I went & sat down at a table after a day of shopping at the fairview mall center. So convenient as it's a the same place. We had oysters, fried calamari, the steak & fries & the chicken because we wanted to try their different types of dishes. All of it was delicious honestly. The drinks were quite nice as wellView more
Another wonderful evening at Lucille's! Reservation for 7 on a busy Saturday, but the manager was able to find us a better table after he saw my less-than-enthused face (original table was right beside the bathroom). For the rest of the evening, the service was impeccable, well above average, & the food & drinks were on-point & delicious. 4 of us ordered filet mignon, all with different cooks, & they all came out perfect. The menu has changed slightly since our last visit (no clam chowder & no lobster tails to add to a steak) but we found some great alternatives like the Thai scallops. At no time did we lack for anything, as service was anticipatory & so very friendly. All in all, a fabulous experience!
NOTE: the only thing I would point out as a minor negative is that they did not have any gluten-free bread, which would have been perfect for the celiac-sufferer in our group.View more
Had a wonderful evening once again at Lucille's. The downtown restaurant in the west island. We had such good service & were even greeted by the chef. Cocktails are great. We also tried the new'feta' style dip & we recommend to add to the menu. As usual the steak was perfectly aged & cooked. Great vibe & serciceView more
We were visiting Montreal & were invited by family members to lunch at Lucille Fairview Pointe-Claire Restaurant.
The atmosphere had a good vibe, the food is excellent, the portions are plenty, the staff very good.
Had a great experience, we will be back for sure, when in Montreal next time.View more
Had a great time at Lucille's. The burrata was amazing & the beef carpaccio was good too. We also had the mushrooms in peppercorn sauce, oysters, & seafood pasta - everything was super tasty. Only thing is I wish the tables were a bit bigger.View more
Hello, so i dined at Lucilles Fairview on Feb 15 2025. This was my second time there. The service & ambiance was as amazing as last year, sadly my dish was not.
Last year i had ordered the octopus dish & it was beyond amazing. I was raving about it for a couple of weeks. Yesterday i ordered the same dish & was sadly, wholeheatedly, disappointed. While the octopus was well cooked, the quantity was not the same as last year for about the same price (shrinkflation?), & the underlying Greek salad was not made the same way. Last year there was an almost feta puree included which was a wonderful addition tp the dish, this year they just put a couple of small pieces of feta. Definitely not the same quality dish as last year, & not something i would ever order again at Lucilles if i were to ever go back.
I should also mention we started with the large oysters, & one of the six had a slight off-putting taste, luckily no one got sick.
It's too bad really, they had a winning dish last year which made the dining experience perfect, & well worth the money spent.View more
Was in town visiting from Toronto. Lucille's restaurant was recommended & boy, what a great recommendation it was. Our server was Carla, I think we got the best server in Montreal as our care taker. I say care taker because she took such good care of us that I can't say enough good things about her. I hope her boss realizes what a great person he/she has working for them. Keep up the great work Carla & thank you for making our day in Montreal a great day in Montreal. I look forward to coming back next time I'm in Montreal.View more
Amazing dining experience! It was our first time at this restaurant & it did not disappoint. Our table had the beef carpaccio (a few bites were eaten before picture was taken), caesar salad, tuna nicoise (the nicoise was moved a bit before picture was taken), maple glazed salmon & mediterranean sea bass filet, all were incredibly good. Everyone enjoyed their meal thoroughly. We got our appetizers relatively quickly but we were given enough time to enjoy them before we received the main course, which was nice as we didn't feel rushed. The level of service we received was impeccable & our waiter was very pleasant. Great atmosphere & decor. There are so many things on the menu we want to try, we will definitely be back at Lucille's Fairview. Thank you very much for a great evening, amazing service & the delicious meal. Highly recommend.View more
I recently visited Lucille's & had an amazing experience. I loved the vibe of the restaurant & of course the delicious food (I highly recommend the roasted cauliflower appetizer!!!) I could not recommend it more! The best part was the amazing service from Maya. She was an extremely attentive waitress & provided great & efficient service.View more
I had a fantastic first experience at Lucille's! Despite the restaurant being busy, we were promptly greeted. I tried the Mediterranean seabass filet, recommended by our amazing waitress, Maya, & absolutely loved it. Maya's friendly & attentive service truly made the night special. Hoping to come back soon!View more
I frequent Lucille's quite often, but this time (despite a full house) the service & friendliness of the staff was great! Food is always a hit!View more
We chose Lucille's to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with our kids & left disappointed. My filet mignon was served too much on the rare side. The waitress agreed & sent it back to the kitchen. When my steak returned to the table by a runner, while my husband & kids were almost finished eating, my steak was now well done. Our waitress never came back to follow up. Overall, service was not great.View more
Overall, Lucille's Oyster Dive is a great place to go for a fun & enjoyable dining experience. The food is delicious, the cocktails are refreshing, & the atmosphere is inviting.View more

We organized a corporate happy hour & Alex (manager) made sure everything was to our liking. The fine-tune details were recognized. We had a perfect setup & our waiter Lambros was excellent at his job! His customer service was remarkable. We highly recommend Lucille's & we look forward to our next event.View more
We were a group of 10 for dinner celebrating my wife's birthday. Service was great. My wife & I shared the porterhouse, it was just warm enough to eat. My parents shared the chateaubriand & it was room temperature at best. My sister ordered the tartare as a meal, portion served was the entree, they forgot the crusty bread. The management offered to refire the chateaubriand, & comp'ed us desserts for the table. Having been to this restaurant many times before, I have noticed a steady decline in quality & attention to detail. Overall experience was okay, not what you'd expect from Lucille's.View more
I dined here on Saturday August 24th at 5PM. We were a party of four & had a great time. I ate at the Brossard location a few weeks ago & wasn't too impressed, however this time it was a real game changer. The restaurant was pretty empty at that time, I prefer eating early since I dislike crowds & enjoy a more quiet atmosphere. If you don't have a reservation you can easily find a table before 6PM. We were greeted right away, service was prompt & friendly. Our group tried two types of appetizers, the fried calamari & kentucky style fried chicken. Both were delicious, fresh, left us wanting more. I found the portion was pretty small compared to the price, for $19 the calamari was just enough for 2 people, not meant to share with a whole table unless you only get 1 or 2 bites each. Our main meals were 3 different types of steak, one opted for a large rib eye, a new york strip & filet mignon, & one person had the salmon. We upgraded sides to the cheesy mashed potatoes & sweet potato fries. In all we were very impressed with the food, the flavor, cook & portions for the main meals were excellent. I wish all of their french fries had a thicker cut, the regular fries are kind of like shoestring versus the sweet potatoes are thick. This had a far better texture. Steaks were cooked to perfection & well seasoned - this was entirely different compared to our last experience at the Lucille's in Dix 30. The servers took time to refill our water & clean the tables in between meals, change our cultery too. I could tell there was a particular attention to us. I think it makes a huge difference when you are basically the only table in the restaurant at that time. This a great place to enjoy quality food if you like seafood or steak in particular - the atmosphere is modern, there's lots of place to sit both indoor or outdoors & the service was top notch. I would come back for a special occasion, I felt very satisfied with the whole experience.View more
Great experience as always. See you soon Lucilles 😘View more
First time visiting Lucille's as I'm not a huge seafood person. We were invited by great friends to celebrate their anniversary. I had the salmon my hubby had the steak. The food was excellent not to be outdone by our server Annie, fabulous. Will definitely be back.View more
First time at Lucille's for my mother in laws 89th Birthday. The service was outstanding. Ali was super attentive always smiling & quick bringing our meals. The food was OK, the bavette for the steak/ frites could have been tastier, the "jus"was overly salty. The surf & turf is not your traditional piece of steak with a lobster tail. (There is a steak & lobster tail as a separate option) It was a lobster roll & a whole rack of ribs. The lobster roll bun was nicely toasted with good size pieces of lobster..it was missing a bit of flavor. The ribs were tender & juicy & slathered with a sweet/ slightly spicey sauce. The cedar plank maple salmon was perfectly prepared with a nice hint of maple flavor, so I'm told as my mother in law wouldn't share...lol After all it was her birthday diner celebration. We were so full we didn't order dessert, but Ali heard us talking & brought my M.I.L. a piece of cake with a candle. It was so light an delicious!. A++++ for serviceView more
Horrible service & mediocre food. Ordered several dishes to share for the table. The first dish arrived, calamari which was actually delicious, but tiny, then we waited over 45 minutes for anything else to show up while we watched every other table around us get their food. Our waiter passed by our table table several times & never once acknowledged that we were sitting with an empty table. Then at the end it took another 30 minutes to get our bill. The lobster rolls, once they finally showed up were quite good, albeit way overpriced, the crab cakes & salmon tartare however were unappealing, no one in my party cared for them. The cheeseburgers were just ok, would not repeat, lacked seasoning. I've been to Lucille's many times on Monkland, this visit to Fairview was a huge disappointment, & way overpriced for what you get, both in quality & portion size. Stick to the steaks or ribs & you'll be fine.View more
Another great dinner at Lucille's. We always know we are in for a tasty meal & great service when dining here. Tonight was no exception & we were very fortunate to have Alek serving us! Thanks Alek for making our visit to Lucille's such a wonderful experience!View more
I took out an order for over $180. I ordered the grilled lobster tails which came with a green salad. The menu stated that mine was supposed to come with garlic butter, but there was none in my order. The lobster tails tasted like they dumped a whole salt shaker on them. The salad was the kind that you get in a large container in the grocery store. There was absolutely nothing in the salad except leaves, & the tips of some lettuce pieces were brown & rotting. I just feel that for the amount of money that they charge, they should at least put in a little effort & put some other vegetables in the salad & make sure that it's fresh, & include garlic butter when it's mentioned in the menu. They don't even give you a side potato or anything. I had to cook my own side dish at home after spending all that. It's just a complete rip off in my opinion. People just go there because the name is catchy & they think that it's somehow "trendy". To me, the way that they present themselves is to grab the money, & provide you with the bare minimum. They don't do anything to show that the food is special, or was made with effort, it's just a cash grab. The calamari is better at the Keg. The lobster roll filling was hot packed in with the buns separate. Lobster roll filling is supposed to cold, not hot. The ribs in the surf n turf were nothing special, you can get much better ribs at Baton Rouge. This is the second time that I have dined at Lucille's, & both locations were forgettable, definitely not memorable. I remember when things are good, or outstanding, & this was not it.View more
Fantastic experience, our waitress (forgive me, i forgot her name) was outstanding, she was really attentive, knew the menu well, had impeccable timing (kept an eye on things from afar). The food was tremendous (the Kentucky style chicken was superb & the Tuna niçoise was fabulous). Lucille's red beer was a highlight for us. I'd recommend you avoid the cocktails, none were particularly tasty but everything else was lovely, will definitely go back.View more
View more
Strangely, it was not very busy for a Father's Day supper at 6pm. I was able to reserve a table for 4 just an hour before. Not a complaint to be able to get a table. Our waiter was good, the atmosphere was average, nothing spectacular. Perhaps we were early. Anyhow, we dined at Lucille's Tremblant & Lucille Laval many times. We felt both places were better than Fairview, even atmosphere wise. My kids both ordered the salmon tartare entree at 21$ each, which at the other locations, came with 1/2 boston lettuce. Here, there was none. I was going to ask but by the time the waiter pops over, my kids already finished the tartare. It was a small portion!!! The food, don't order the demi-snow crab appertizer. It was two tiny legs in a huge plate of ice for 27$ about. Not worth it. I had the steak frites for 35$ which I find it's good, but nothing spectacular to choose it over other places. We had to order the seafood linguini for the kids as they were still hungry. Overall, we spent ~250$ service included for a supper of 2 adults & two kids with two alcoholic drinks, a Shirley Temple & a Gingerale. Not a cheap meal. I should have gone to Kiku Monkland for sushi & probably have a better supper & experience for the same price.View more
Waiters like Alek at Lucille's Fairview make me believe that customer service isn't dead. Charming, attentive & personable. He really went above & beyond to make sure our party was having a good time between every sip & bite of the meal! Definitely would go back time & time again if he is the standard!View more
We had a great experience at Lucille's. The food was high quality, the service was excellent & the atmosphere great as well. The oysters & hot crab dip were delicious. The steak & seafood for the most part was excellent. Out of the 4 meals, the only disappointing thing was the lobster roll (lobster was excellently cooked, but the roll lacked flavour). The Lucille's bloody Caesar's, which we've had before & we're delicious, were just not up to the same quality last night (watery). Overall a good experience.View more
