This visit to Lucilles left me & our party dissappointed. We reviewed the menu prior to booking , & the fish & chips was listed on the menu, however upon arrival, we were sad to see no fish & chips. I order the lobster tails & those arrived under cooked & slightly raw. Not a great experience overall.

Nice restaurant. Food was good & service was OK. Ambiance was very nice. I recommend to go if you're in the area.

As a regular customer I would overall give full 5 stars. This visit however wasn't. My steak was rare instead of medium rare. As we sat in the brass side we had a new waiter & I found him very shy an inexperienced compared to our usual server. I still enjoyed our visit & still love it there.

Our family's dining experience would not have been the same without the exceptional service of Matthew, our server! He was amazing, giving us meal suggestions, going above & beyond to meet all of our needs. He made the evening very special as we were celebrating the arrival of our baby in the coming weeks.
We would return for another fabulous dinner & ask to sit in his section again!!!

The Music is too loud to be able to talk without shouting, but the fish & Bavette were amazing! Tone the music down & it would be an overall 5 star rating.

Krystel was our waitress for the night & took great care of us. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire evening & was very polite & joyful. Lucille's food never disappoints & that's why it has & always will be a go-to spot for great food

I asked for a round or square table for 7 - but we got a very long rectangular table. The lobster rolls were very good. I had the clam chowder, which tasted of being left in the fridge, & had WAY too much garlic in it. Then I had the prawn, avocado & ... many onions appetizer. Neither soup nor appetizer were very good. As I was having two appetizers (only), I asked that my chowder be brought out with everybody else's main course - but it was brought first - so as the host, I had soup in front of me for about 8-10 minutes prior to everybody else being served.
