So we were visiting family in Montreal, coming from the USA…one of the locals recommended Lucille's for our farewell dinner. The fam ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, from the steaks, to burgers, chicken, seafood as well. Everyone enjoyed their choices & service was prompt, cordial & welcoming! The place had great ambiance, & definitely a return to next time we visit Montreal again!Voir plus

It's been quite some time since I have eaten at one of the Lucille's restaurants & it was my first visit to this location.
The decor is modern & the atmosphere is inviting. When entering the premises you are greeted by huge slabs of beef.
Our reservation was for 7 pm on a Friday. It was not very busy, yet the hostess tried to seat us at the worst table near the toilet. Ya, not happening.
Once we got to another place to sit, we ordered IPAs & dinner.
I had the Surf & Turf that consisted of a lobster roll, ribs, & fries. My husband had the Steak & fries. Mine was delicious & a nice size portion but my husband's, even though it was very tasty was a small portion. He walked away hungry.
My order of ribs was tender & fell off the bone but not very meaty. The sauce was tangy & ever so sweet. The bun of the lobster roll was lightly buttered & not overloaded with lobster. Too bad. I was expecting more. I know the prices of food have gone up but charge another $5 & serve a bigger roll.
Service was very friendly, efficient, & quick.
Will I go back? Probably. The food was good.Voir plus

Such a great dinner experience! To start, the $1 oysters are a must! Super fresh & absolutely worth it.
We followed up with two appetizers: the burrata in a creamy truffle aioli & the beef tartare. Both were beautifully presented & delicious.
For mains, we had the lobster rolls & the steak frites with chimichurri. The lobster rolls were delicious as always, served on a soft, buttery brioche bun. The steak was cooked perfectly, & the chimichurri brought everything together with the perfect finishing touch.
The service was fantastic! friendly, attentive, & quick. Overall, a great atmosphere & a menu that doesn't disappoint. Highly recommend & will definitely be back!Voir plus

Lively ambiance, the restaurant is always busy & buzzing with energy. The service is good & the food is delicious. The drinks are well made but a bit on the pricey side.

I went to the restaurant eager to have a tender, juicy steak. It had been a while since I indulged. Let's just say, I'm still looking forward to the tender, juicy steak. Unfortunately, the NY Strip steak was tough despite the fact that I requested medium- rare. It looked more like medium. My fries were bits & pieces, looking more like the left overs from the last fry. We ordered a Caesar salad & requested to have the pickles omitted. Well, the pickles were not omitted. I love Lucille's in general, I usually get they lobster rolls from a stand they have at Atwater market during the summer. This time, I went & sat down at a table after a day of shopping at the fairview mall center. So convenient as it's a the same place. We had oysters, fried calamari, the steak & fries & the chicken because we wanted to try their different types of dishes. All of it was delicious honestly. The drinks were quite nice as wellVoir plus

Another wonderful evening at Lucille's! Reservation for 7 on a busy Saturday, but the manager was able to find us a better table after he saw my less-than-enthused face (original table was right beside the bathroom). For the rest of the evening, the service was impeccable, well above average, & the food & drinks were on-point & delicious. 4 of us ordered filet mignon, all with different cooks, & they all came out perfect. The menu has changed slightly since our last visit (no clam chowder & no lobster tails to add to a steak) but we found some great alternatives like the Thai scallops. At no time did we lack for anything, as service was anticipatory & so very friendly. All in all, a fabulous experience!
NOTE: the only thing I would point out as a minor negative is that they did not have any gluten-free bread, which would have been perfect for the celiac-sufferer in our group.Voir plus

Très beau resto, le décor, l'ambiance & le service est aussi excellent,
Nous étions un groupe de six personnes & le serveur a bien pris soin de répondre à nos questions de façon très aimable, no rush.
Notre groupe à commandé des steaks NY+crevettes, filet mignon, côtes levées. Saveur excellente, cuit à point mais si vous ne commandez un accompagnement votre morceau de viande semble bien orphelin sur la planche en bois.
C'est vrai les prix sont un peu élevés $$ mais ... écoute c'est ça ! Bien dur de trouver du BBPC (beau, bon pas cher) en 2025.

Had a wonderful evening once again at Lucille's. The downtown restaurant in the west island. We had such good service & were even greeted by the chef. Cocktails are great. We also tried the new'feta' style dip & we recommend to add to the menu. As usual the steak was perfectly aged & cooked. Great vibe & serciceVoir plus

Their raw or cold dishes are the best they have to offer, followed by their drinks. Their ribs, lamb & steaks are okay. While proteins are generally fine, what lets the dishes down are the accompaniments, sides & sauces. Service is very inconsistent with the waitstaff at other nearby restaurants being much better. Decent grilled not slow roasted prime rib & bland mashed potatoes, nothing rave about. Oysters were mediocre with a cheap side of horseradish I had to adk for. They have a long way to go to be up to par with some of the steak & seafood restaurants in the area.Voir plus

Absolutely fantastic experience. My wife has been a lot but I recently had my 1st experience here. I got the rib steak with peppercorn sauce & my wife got the shrimp. Everything was delicious. The staff is amazing. I have never seen a place where everything is flowing so well. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for great food. The price range are reasonable & have a wide range in the prices depending on people's budgets. There is also a wide variety for people's dietary restrictions.Voir plus

We chose Lucille's to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with our kids & left disappointed. My filet mignon was served too much on the rare side. The waitress agreed & sent it back to the kitchen. When my steak returned to the table by a runner, while my husband & kids were almost finished eating, my steak was now well done. Every time we come in for dinner with family or for bday parties I have the luxury of being served by Alek or Carla (now we always request their sections) Alek never skips a beat, everything always on point, killer Margaritas! They both have great sense of humour & always such a pleasure!! I went there to celebrate my fiancées birthday. We were greeted upon arrival & the staff wished us a happy birthday, but that was it. When we were seated, we were seated in an awkward corner between two tables which made it difficult to get to our seats. We ordered the Surf & Turf ($180, with the lobster & the porterhouse steak). The steak was good & cooked to perfection, however the lobster tail was not fully cooked & it seemed like it was a few days old. Needless to say, we both got food poisoning from the lobster tail. The service was okay, but to be honest with you, it could've been better. When I asked for the bill, the waitress asked if we wanted dessert, which I replied no. We were not given like a birthday dessert or anything. However they had to problem taking $300 from us for sub par service & food that was not worth the cost. I'd go back here if I want to get a hamburger but not for steak or lobster. I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.Voir plus

J'ai demander si il pouvait me servir du pain , la serveuse m'a dis on sert pas de pain ici Ok J'ai demander un Perrier , elle m'a répondu on a pas de Perrier ici Ok J'ai commander un RIB Steak avec patate piller c'est un extra Ok Aucun légumes juste une assiette . Avec une Queue Homard C'était un peux sec j'ai demander du beurre à Ail c'est extra Ok J'ai demander 1/2 Litre de vin il on pas ça Alors un verre de vin 9 onces il on pas ça juste 4 onces alors commander 1 Bouteille. Le Dessert Gâteaux au fromage avec comme du Jello au Fraises ouf incroyable. Tout ça avec tout les extra pour la somme de 227$ Aucun sens Je vais dans les restaurant presque 6 jours par semaine j'ai jamais vu ça 🙈Voir plus

I dined here on Saturday August 24th at 5PM. We were a party of four & had a great time. I ate at the Brossard location a few weeks ago & wasn't too impressed, however this time it was a real game changer. The restaurant was pretty empty at that time, I prefer eating early since I dislike crowds & enjoy a more quiet atmosphere. If you don't have a reservation you can easily find a table before 6PM. We were greeted right away, service was prompt & friendly. Our group tried two types of appetizers, the fried calamari & kentucky style fried chicken. Both were delicious, fresh, left us wanting more. I found the portion was pretty small compared to the price, for $19 the calamari was just enough for 2 people, not meant to share with a whole table unless you only get 1 or 2 bites each. Our main meals were 3 different types of steak, one opted for a large rib eye, a new york strip & filet mignon, & one person had the salmon. We upgraded sides to the cheesy mashed potatoes & sweet potato fries. In all we were very impressed with the food, the flavor, cook & portions for the main meals were excellent. I wish all of their french fries had a thicker cut, the regular fries are kind of like shoestring versus the sweet potatoes are thick. This had a far better texture. Steaks were cooked to perfection & well seasoned - this was entirely different compared to our last experience at the Lucille's in Dix 30. The servers took time to refill our water & clean the tables in between meals, change our cultery too. I could tell there was a particular attention to us. I think it makes a huge difference when you are basically the only table in the restaurant at that time. This a great place to enjoy quality food if you like seafood or steak in particular - the atmosphere is modern, there's lots of place to sit both indoor or outdoors & the service was top notch. I would come back for a special occasion, I felt very satisfied with the whole experience.Voir plus

The food at Luciles is very tasty. My group had 3 main courses & 2 appetizers. The fish tacos are delicious & I highly recommend ordering them because I know I will the next time I return. The roaster cauliflower was good but it was a tiny dish for some much... They dumped a bunch of spinach & very little cauliflower... The steak frites was delicious although the meat size could have been a little bigger. However, they have a very generous amount of french fries. The two jack burgers looked great but unfortunately it was plane. Mayo sauce was added after to add flavor. Fish was excellent. Overall a pretty good experience.Voir plus

First time at Lucille's for my mother in laws 89th Birthday. The service was outstanding. Ali was super attentive always smiling & quick bringing our meals. The food was OK, the bavette for the steak/ frites could have been tastier, the "jus"was overly salty. The surf & turf is not your traditional piece of steak with a lobster tail. (There is a steak & lobster tail as a separate option) It was a lobster roll & a whole rack of ribs. The lobster roll bun was nicely toasted with good size pieces of lobster..it was missing a bit of flavor. The ribs were tender & juicy & slathered with a sweet/ slightly spicey sauce. The cedar plank maple salmon was perfectly prepared with a nice hint of maple flavor, so I'm told as my mother in law wouldn't share...lol After all it was her birthday diner celebration. We were so full we didn't order dessert, but Ali heard us talking & brought my M.I.L. a piece of cake with a candle. It was so light an delicious!. A++++ for serviceVoir plus
