We were given a table in a corner because we had our baby with us. I complained because it was the worst table in the restaurant & they refused to move us. The food is great but the service is lacking at Lucille's especially for the price.

To be honest, I dine at Lucille's often & this experience wasn't the best. We felt extremely rushed. The waitress did not offer us coffee or even a look at the dessert menu. She brought our bills & said "ok ladies we need this table in 5 minutes, here are your bills" & she stood there with her interac machine & stared at us until we paid & left. I was surprised & disappointed. I would have had a coffee & we had planned on having dessert. We unfortunately left & went to spend our money on a coffee & dessert somewhere else. Generally the service at Lucille's has always been great, too bad this time left a bad taste & I'll reconsider going back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, nothing but positive comments. Thanks for making my job easy. If I can make a suggestion - please suggest a signaturemocktail to groups especially during the holiday season as part of the pre selected menu. We would have appreciated that. We had eaten Lucille's food via door dash thru the pandemic, but last night was our first in person dining experience & Lucille's Fairview did not disappoint. The food was so delicious & cooked perfectly. The service was exceptional & attentive, & everyone was pleasant & very attentive, from the hostess to our waiter to the additional folks who helped clear the table as needed. Thank you for a great dining encounter we can't wait for our next visit,

This visit to Lucilles left me & our party dissappointed. We reviewed the menu prior to booking , & the fish & chips was listed on the menu, however upon arrival, we were sad to see no fish & chips. I order the lobster tails & those arrived under cooked & slightly raw. Not a great experience overall.

Krystel was our waitress for the night & took great care of us. She made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire evening & was very polite & joyful. Lucille's food never disappoints & that's why it has & always will be a go-to spot for great food

Hi,
Service was excellent, & so was the food. Although the overall experience was dampened at the end of the night when I witnessed one of your kitchen crew use the restroom & not wash their hands & then proceeded to vape in my presence. I found that to be very unprofessional as well as unhygienic. Especially since I dine at Lucille's quite often, & it is a "go to" for entertaining clients (twice this week). I really hope that is not the norm, & that most of your crew are properly trained, especially when they are on the floor in front of clients. In the future I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Comme j'aime bien le dire "Très belle découverte"! Nous y étions (groupe de 30) un mercredi & le resto était plein! Le service était fluide & nous nous somme même pas rendu compte que nous étions autant tellement ils sont efficaces. Service attentionné & le service est impeccable, tu demande une fois & ça arrive! Aucun oublis, pas besoin de répéter, aucun "niaisage". Qui fit centre d'achat dit Stationnement à profusion! ils peuvent accommoder les chaises roulantes, Bière sans alcool. I had my friend visiting & he had a wonderful time at Lucille's. Do you do anything special for birthdays? I had mentioned in my reservation that it was a birthday thinking there would be a gratuitous something.

Lucille's Fairview is a decent & good place to eat we came here on A Wednesday night. Pros: 1) The food here is absolutely alright & delicious. 2) Our waiter & Servers were kind & always positive. 3) Food was not too long to wait around 20-30 minutes. 4) The Cesar Salad was amazing & it had pickles in it & the dressing was the right amount. 5) The Lamb chops Hamburgers & The Lobster rolls that my we ate & shared are amazing & cooked well. 6 Atmosphere is very nice & it feels like a home. 7) Washrooms are unisex & clean. 8) They have a bar with drinks & a wine list. Cons: 1) Parking might be a challenge. 2) We had only one waiter & some were serving so if it's busy you may have less service. All in all I would come back here again in the near future because the food. Service & everything else were good & top notch. I would recommend you guys try & rate it yourselves.View more

We were seated next to the entrance to the kitchen & so it was busy ..our waiter was not really around very much. He was polite but not super attentive. He took a long time to take our order. I am always quite surprised at how quickly the food comes out..it's a little too quick!! I love Lucille's, my husband & I go often.

First & foremost, the waiter was amazing.

However it was our wedding proposal celebration & my family brought a cake. The hostess told us we couldn't put in the fridge because the restaurant didn't allow cakes. Our waiter saved the day when he accepted to put it in the fridge & cut it for us.

Also, we waited 2 hours before getting our food. I recommended Lucille's because of its great service, was disappointed yesterday.

Did not like where we were seated.

I thought it was much too loud. Seated to close to other people.
Seated close to bathroom.

Prefer the Keg's atmosphere.

The food was good but should include at last two sides.

At Gibbys steak house the price is the same but they includes much more.

At Lucille's you have to pay for vegetables & even bread.

My son & I go to every steakhouse & we compare.

Gibbys so far is the best.

We will be trying 40 West next.

Très belle soirée, mais 2 points que mon groupe & moi avons trouvé dommage vu le type de restaurant.
Nous avons demandé de l'eau pérrié & nous nous sommes fait répondre que le restaurant en avait de la maison.
Surprise sur la facture, c'est 7$ pour une bouteille d'eau de la ville que l'on passe au soda stream... pacini l'offre gratuitement & personne ne nous a informé qu'il y avait un prix pour de l'eau maison.
Ensuite, nous avons mentionné que c'était la fête d'une personne du groupe. Parfait quelle dessert pour lui apportez... on le charge au final. Alors que des restaurants comme St-Hubert & Pacini offre plus pour souligner des événements que Lucille's qui est d'une meilleure qualité, nous avons trouvé cela ordinaire.
La table avec le centre qui tourne était vraiment un beau wow pour finir sur du positif
