Kimchi fries were okayish, they lacked kimchi & a bit of dressing so I wouldn't recommend it as you won't be missing out on anything. Their Dumplings were tasty too, the dipping sauce which came with it was delicious & we used the same to finish the kimchi fries too hehe. The coconut curry was soooo comforting, we were visiting montreal for the first time & were roaming for entire day, after having this coconut curry it just felt like we ended our day having home cooked dish!! I would highly recommend it if you are craving for some comfort food. The drinks were also nice, we ordered the Botanist & Pink everything , I must say the Botanist was really really good. I would highly recommend it. The ambience of this place is really nice & peaceful. It won't seem like a very big restaurant from outside but once you enter you would be like this is huge!! Plus it's all white & nice. I would come back here to try their brunch menu & also try their other dishes in future. & would be happy to see if they serve their famous gnocchi again!!! Staff here is very friendly & nice!
The first was exceptional & the service was friendly & professional. Highly recommended!
LOV has amazing plant-based dishes covering a wide variety of cuisines & has very unique culinary interpretations of animal-based foods. The service was excellent & the décor was simple but, elegant. Would highly recommend if you want meal that won't disappoint.
I was super excited for a fancy vegan/ veg restaurant, & Lov did not disappoint! Amazing atmosphere, great service, delicious food & great variety in their menu. Tables were available on a Friday night, but I'd recommend making a reservation for good seats. Both indoor & outdoor seating available. We tried the orange wine (worth it, no strong flavor), dumplings (amazing sauce- must try), kimchi fries (interestingly tasty), coconut curry (filling & flavourful). Only let down- parking. The streets are almost always full & the paid parking lot adjacent to the restaurant is unreasonably pricey.
Had vegan brunch at Lov. The decor is super zen & very welcoming. Had the tofu benny which was delish. Portions were very generous. Service was excellent. Highly recommend!
High quality vegan food, delicious & served by professional & friendly staff. The atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing. This is our new favourite place in DiX30! Highly recommended. People who are not vegan also commented that they enjoyed the vegan & vegetarian dishes. Next level!
Gorgeous restaurant & absolutely delicious food, loved everything we tried! Would definitely recommend the solmon tartare
A great place with great vibes & food. Although this place is vegan (which I'm not) I was surprised by the taste of the food. I highly recommend trying the Frites à la truffe & the LOV Lemonade.
The food was good, the service was absolutely amazing. I had organized a dinner for a group of 12 people & they were very accommodating, despite me being last minute. The staff were super friendly, & surprisingly very bilingual as well. The food was very good (as expected). It was a little pricy, but not more than any other equivalent restaurant. The only thing we found to lack was some of the portion sizes. For example, some of our group were excited to try the Pesto Gnocchis. But the portion was not very big, & they were still quite hungry by the end. So that's my only complaint. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant. Especially if you're trying to expose people to the positives of a vegan diet!
The food was great, we came for dinner in the evening, we made a reservation. This was our first time trying orange wine & it didn't disappoint, it was flavourful & not too dry. For starters we had the dumplings, they were nice & cooked to have a good crunch when biting into them & the kimchi fries, the sesame dressing was amazing, we had to ask for more dressing as there wasn't enough on the fries. For mains we had the creamy gnocchi pesto & the mushroom risotto, both tasted amazing. Both were flavourful & it doesn't make you miss meat at all. Overall a good experience & would recommend others to try the restaurant.
