LOV is a must if you are in town. Very few gems like this in the area. We went for dinner & then brunch the next day. Menu is amazing, drinks card perfect, service on point & the ambiance is so cozy. Very attentive to food sensitivities. We need more plant based awareness. We need more delicious LOV!

Tbh, it used to be very average & now its straight up bad. Went for brunch after mot going for +1 year & i do not want to go back ever. The food is not good & overpriced, service slow but nice. The only thing it has going is the decor & location.

As a vegan, this was my favorite spot to eat during my stays in Montreal. The staff was always incredibly warm & welcoming & the food always amazing. I've had cauliflower from all over but this cauliflower was easily the best I've ever had, just such flavorful, melt in your mouth goodness. & the tofu benedict at brunch was so good I had it three times. I've also really enjoyed the green goddess salad & coconut curry. My last night in town I was so torn on which of my favorites to order for my last meal & they just so happened to doing a special restaurant week menu where I was able to order the green goddess, cauliflower, curry, & a brownie for dessert, it truly made for the perfect goodbye. I will miss this place & highly recommend it to anyone!

A beautiful space with engaging staff with top shelf vegan fare. We came for brunch & had the tofu Benedict & mushroom crostini. Both were amazing. The tofu Benedict was filling with two pieces of the main plated with seasoned potatoes & a very fresh salad. We are in Montreal for a few days & will definitely be back!

Used to be the best tasting vegan pancackes downtown... Very disappointed by the new brunch menu (February 1st, 2025) not only having no vegan sugary option, but having almost no vegan option at all but two, if you take the option without egg. Eventhough the food was very good, I felt I could have gone to any non-vegan brunch & have the same vegan option, of not more... Definitely not coming back until the vegan pancakes are back! Side note: Our waitress was very nice & understanding, thanks to her we still had a good time & didn't leave after looking at the menu

Came here with my boyfriend on Saturday at 2ish pm for Brunch. Brunch ends at 3pm. There were two other tables. We got the chocolate hazelnut pancakes, the sweet waffle, & the truffle fries. The waffle was good. Hot & crispy. Good flavor too. The pancakes were quite cold though & flavorless. I asked the server & he said they were supposed to be Luke warm. He did ask if i wanted to send them back to the kitchen, but if that's how they serve them, then obviously I wouldn't, but I didn't enjoy eating cold pancakes. So keep that in mind. I also realised at the end that it was supposed to come with matcha ice cream as per the menu. I asked the server, he went to get it for me & said they were out of matcha, & gave me vanilla instead. I don't know if the kitchen thought I wouldn't notice, & that's why they omitted it since they were out, or it was an honest mistake. I hope it's the latter. The server was friendly & the service was fine but I'm not sure I'd go back as it wasn't a fantastic meal. I'm dairy intolerant so i get excited when I can have chocolate pancakes/waffles, so I was a bit disappointed. The fries were okay, weirdly not very truffle forward but I liked the dipping sauce. If I went again I'd try something else.

Excellent tofu Benedict - the sauce, the sun dried tomatoes, the buttered toasted muffin, & the deep fried tofu created a beautiful symphony in my mouth. 10/10. Great service too. Note that they have a separate brunch menu that's not on their website but on the reservation page on Resy

We went here for dinner after reading amazing reviews about the gnocchi, kimchi fries & coconut curry, sadly, they had stopped serving gnocchi, but we tried their coconut curry was delicious. Kimchi fries were okayish, they lacked kimchi & a bit of dressing so I wouldn't recommend it as you won't be missing out on anything. Their Dumplings were tasty too, the dipping sauce which came with it was delicious & we used the same to finish the kimchi fries too hehe. The coconut curry was soooo comforting, we were visiting montreal for the first time & were roaming for entire day, after having this coconut curry it just felt like we ended our day having home cooked dish!! I would highly recommend it if you are craving for some comfort food. The drinks were also nice, we ordered the Botanist & Pink everything , I must say the Botanist was really really good. I would highly recommend it. The ambience of this place is really nice & peaceful. It won't seem like a very big restaurant from outside but once you enter you would be like this is huge!! Plus it's all white & nice. I would come back here to try their brunch menu & also try their other dishes in future. & would be happy to see if they serve their famous gnocchi again!!! Staff here is very friendly & nice!

**Lov Mcgill Brunch Menu Review** For months, my wife & I have passed by Lov Mcgill, each time noting how busy it always seems. Its inviting atmosphere & cozy interior beckoned us, & we finally decided to see what all the buzz was about. The moment we stepped inside, the warm & inviting ambiance immediately struck us. We were fortunate to arrive just before the rush, allowing me to snap a few photos of the serene & beautifully decorated space. But it wasn't long before the place filled up, confirming its popularity. We started our brunch with Americano coffees, served with soy milk on the side. The coffee was robust & rich, a perfect start to our meal. For the main course, we ordered the Avocado Country Bread & the Chick'n Waffle. The Avocado Country Bread was a delightful mix of fresh, creamy avocado spread generously over a hearty slice of country bread, topped with radishes & a sprinkle of spices that added a nice kick. The flavors were well-balanced, & the dish felt both wholesome & satisfying. The Chick'n Waffle was a standout. The waffle was perfectly crisp on the outside yet fluffy inside, providing a perfect contrast to the crispy, flavorful chickin. Drizzled with just the right amount of syrup, it was a harmonious blend of sweet & savory that left us wanting more. Lov Mcgill lived up to its reputation. The combination of a cozy ambiance, friendly service, & delectable dishes made for a memorable brunch experience. It's no wonder this place is always bustling with patrons eager to enjoy its offerings. If you're looking for a spot that combines a warm, inviting atmosphere with delicious food, Lov Mcgill is definitely worth a visit.

Came for brunch & was not disappointed! There is a separate brunch menu, not currently listed on the website. We had Vegan cappuccinos & vegan waffles, & we tried the vegan hazelnut spread pancakes. This is more of a relaxing vibe kind of place where you can meet a friend for brunch & spent some time in a nice place. A cozy restaurant within a large plaza, but when you walk in you feel you have stepped up into a bright, airy, designer space with table seating & a large center bar. The walls are covered in windows which creates a very cool aesthetic. The food is all vegan & the vegetarian menu are the only non-vegan options.

Stopped in for brunch on Sunday, would definitely return. Couple smoothies, chick'n & waffle, & the mushroom asparagus toast. Everything was delicious, staff were very kind.

Stopped here for brunch, we ordered a maple latte, ginger lemonade, pancakes, chicken & waffles, & a side of buffalo brussel sprouts. The waffle/spouts were out of this world! Will definitely be back next time to try the dinner menu.
