I ordered today for the 1st time through UberEats; I've tried a lot of bakeries, but this place is on another level.
The Brioche au Sucre is the absolute star of the show. It was triple the size of the brioches I've seen elsewhere, yet it was the same price! It's amazingly delicious, incredibly light, buttery, & so fresh it practically melts in your mouth. You're getting artisanal quality at an unbeatable value.
The Sourdough is also a must-buy. It has a perfect, crunchy crust & a beautiful tangy interior. You can really taste the high-quality ingredients & the care put into the bake.
Everything is so fresh & the craftsmanship is obvious. Definitely my new favorite spot!
Great bakery shop in the Little Italy. I went there for the bread & the pie. Great food. Great quality. Price is friendly. Staffs are cool. Definitely recommend the bakery for all my friends.
High-quality baked goods in general; have tried almond croissant, palmier, kouign amann & would recommend!
Edit: I have to change my review years later. The last 4-5 times I have come, my husband & I both noticed a marked decline in quality. This latest visit was the final nail in the coffin. The baguette was hardly baked (barely brown & mostly white all over), about 1/3 the size of any other time I have visited & softer than a Maxi store brand baguette. Cutting it with my usual bread knife proved challenging & ended up squishing the baguette into a patty as I tried to be as delicate as possible. The chocolatine was dry & lacking the signature buttery texture/flavour that I have come to know & was burnt (black around the edges).
Old review:
Their breads & pastries are always fresh & delicious. The chocolatine's are to die for!
Words can't describe my appreciation for this bakery. My family's favorite - I walk 30 min to get to it over my nearby bakery. Fair prices for fantastic quality. I highly suggest the Louise baguette & the focaccia - they are on our weekly shopping list
Very good. Quality can be a bit variable but even then one of the better bakeries in town & the patisseries aren't too sweet!
I've been living in Montreal for three years. I'm from Germany, & I was very sad that I couldn't find good quality bread here. Now, l've found this bakery. I'm overjoyed. Everything is of very high quality. I'm so happy. Thank you for being here
