I went there for the bread & the pie. Great food. Great quality. Price is friendly. Staffs are cool. Definitely recommend the bakery for all my friends.
I went there around 10 am on a Tuesday. I got 3 items from this bakery & I to be honest I was expecting a bit more flavour from the products (Ex: the raspberry financier had a half of a raspberry in the whole thing, the vegan cookie for all the ingredients felt kinda flat). The texture was on point, the price was acceptable for what it was. The staff is very friendly & the place is clean & has AC. There's also a nice seating area outside which is a plus, I'll have to try different items on the menu before revisiting this review, worth a try in the early morning when items are at their best.
It's one of my top favorite bakery for breads.
One comment that I have.
Stop charging for the little plastic bags that you use once you slice the bread.
Words can't describe my appreciation for this bakery. My family's favorite - I walk 30 min to get to it over my nearby bakery. Fair prices for fantastic quality. I highly suggest the Louise baguette & the focaccia - they are on our weekly shopping list
I've been living in Montreal for three years. I'm from Germany, & I was very sad that I couldn't find good quality bread here. Now, l've found this bakery. I'm overjoyed. Everything is of very high quality. I'm so happy. Thank you for being here
When we stayed in Quebec, we went to this bakery every morning. The pastries were all delicious, flaky, & the best amount of sweet. I don't speak much French, so they made sure that they understood what I said, often going into English. Overall amazing & worth the 20 minute walk. We enjoyed croissants, almond croissants (which we think had honey in it), baguettes, circular raisin pasties, choclatiers, & circular chocolate pastries.
This bakery took me by surprise. The prices are reasonable compared to other bakeries. The almond croissant I had was fresh out of the oven at around noon; & tasted incredible. Coffee was excellent. Service was friendly, efficient.
