I ordered today for the 1st time through UberEats; I've tried a lot of bakeries, but this place is on another level.
The Brioche au Sucre is the absolute star of the show. It was triple the size of the brioches I've seen elsewhere, yet it was the same price! It's amazingly delicious, incredibly light, buttery, & so fresh it practically melts in your mouth. You're getting artisanal quality at an unbeatable value.
The Sourdough is also a must-buy. It has a perfect, crunchy crust & a beautiful tangy interior. You can really taste the high-quality ingredients & the care put into the bake.
Everything is so fresh & the craftsmanship is obvious. Definitely my new favorite spot!
Pastries not fresh. Tried to get replacement & it was denied. Never going back.
Love this place! Right now my favourite food in the world is their Vegepate sandwich. Just be ware they dont make a lot of them & theyre usually all gone by lunch time!
They have been open on holidays too, i got special treats on Easter & Canada Day
They also have coffee, & its really good!
Its a great spot in the neighborhood because it smells up the whole block like fresh bread :)
Finally, the service is always great! Im glad to live nearby
Excellent selection of artisanal fresh breads & pastries. Great for authentic baked goods made fresh.
Edit: I have to change my review years later. The last 4-5 times I have come, my husband & I both noticed a marked decline in quality. This latest visit was the final nail in the coffin. The baguette was hardly baked (barely brown & mostly white all over), about 1/3 the size of any other time I have visited & softer than a Maxi store brand baguette. Cutting it with my usual bread knife proved challenging & ended up squishing the baguette into a patty as I tried to be as delicate as possible. The chocolatine was dry & lacking the signature buttery texture/flavour that I have come to know & was burnt (black around the edges).
Old review:
Their breads & pastries are always fresh & delicious. The chocolatine's are to die for!
Amazing boulangerie. Loved the cheese croissant & the carrot cake one of the best in Montreal. Fresh & yummy 😋 great service 😁🤩🤠
This bakery took me by surprise. The prices are reasonable compared to other bakeries. The almond croissant I had was fresh out of the oven at around noon; & tasted incredible. Coffee was excellent. Service was friendly, efficient.
